Millsap is only one year older than Thompson, their ceilings of potential are basically equal. Anyway, give me Millsap. He's a great off the bench power forward who could definitely start for many teams in the league right now, he's just unlucky to be playing behind an all star in Boozer.

We had weight training back in high school too, you didn't even have to lift to get an A. It was run by our football coach who just sat there making fun of the weaker kids haha.
