GM5: Phoenix (2) @ LA Lakers (2)

Fish is attacking today, I like it. About time someone other than Kobe make things happen off the dribble. -

Nice flop by Nash, trying to draw the 3rd foul on Kobe. We're missing alot of close range shots again, our frontcourt needs to covert on their oppertunities. -

Players get away with that much contact all the time. Looks like the officials aren't gonna let anything slide today. As for the second foul, gtfo, Kobe had all ball. Lopez pretty much did the exact same thing to Pau a few plays ago, the only difference was he has holding the ball waist level. -

Kobe with a couple bull [expletive] fouls, the Suns couldn't have wished for a luckier start. -

First off, Phoenix winning game 5 is out of the question we've killed them in both games at Staples. The Lakers are 18-0 in game fives as a franchise. We have the best player and coach in the league, and just based on their press conferences after last game I can sense some urgency. There are a couple small adjustments in our rotation which will pay big dividends imo. First off Sasha should see some more pt which will cut away minutes from Farmar who has been a piece of [expletive] defensively and offensively this series. Sasha isn't a great defender but he'll get into opponents and make them work. More importantly with Sasha we'll have a reliable three point shooter who might be able to break that zone. Sasha hasn't played a lot of minutes but this series is calling his name, and if there is one thing we have come to know about Sasha that is he has the ability to score. I can see him having a JJ Reddick type impact in the next couple games. Secondly as far as game 5 goes we'll get better contribution from guys not named Kobe. Pau has been great all series minus last game, so I expect him to come up big tonight. Odom and Artest play better offensively at home than they do on the road. Lastly I think it's kind of ridiculous that the Suns rely so much on their bench. Their bench had to literally go off in game 4 for them to win. Kobe already sent a message to the rest of the guys that he wants a more consistent effort on the defensive end so you can bet that the Lakers will respond. I guarantee we won't be seeing an offensive explosion from their bench again this series.

Phoenix has been blowout out both games at Staples, and I expect the same tonight. Artest and Odom have been no shows on the road but are completely different players at home so I expect both to come up big today. Pau can't play like [expletive] like he did last game. -

Thanks for the advice KJ and SRV, I look into that. Hopefully I'll be able to dunk in the next couple months. -

Suns don't stand a chance, but the Magic do. The thing about Boston is they get worn down as the game progresses and the Big Three for the Celts just disappear. There is no mutiple day rest between games like there was last round, and the Celts are hurting because of that. Rondo doesn't appear to be healthy and he's getting torched by Jameer who has been attacking him the last two games, and no one has been able to match Dwights toughness in the paint. Perkins can't stay out of foul trouble and Glen Davis plays hard but can only do so much. The Magic are a young team and a doing a great job scoring in transition whether it's off a rebound or a Celtic fieldgoal. The Celts are struggling stopping Jameer on the pick and roll, and guys like Reddick, Barnes, and Pietrus are hitting big shots.

Outside of weights, are there any other ways? -
This series has taken a complete turn and all the momentum now sides with Orlando. Boston has to close it out next game or I think it's over for them.

Okay so this summer I want to add another dimension to my game and that's dunking the ball. I'm 6 feet even and I can easily grab the rim with both hands, the only problem is I can't palm the ball to throw it down. Any suggestions on how I could increase my vertical in the next couple months?

Easily the most physical game this postseason.
-
Not going to work. Celts are going to have to hit their jumpshots because Dwight and Gortat aren't allowing [expletive] in the paint, they should be on the floor at the same time more often. Outside of Ray Allen the team is just way too streaky from downtown.

That was a solid elbow Glen Davis took to the face, probably a mini concussion.
-
Yeah I supported the Colts a couple seasons ago, but they weren't my favorite team. Are you sure your not thinking about Prodigy.
-
Anyway, Jameer is doing work. He and Dwight have been great the last couple games.
-
wtf, where have you been?
-
lol what? When was I ever a Magic fan? The only reason I'm pulling for them is so the Celts don't get extended rest.

Get this little [expletive] a wheelchair.

Magic are lighting it up, solid three point shooting from JJ, Barnes, and Pietrus.
