Which point guard has played the best in the semifinals?
The Regime replied to Cobb's topic in General NBA Discussion
It's been Rondo in the semi's for obvious reasons. But overall it's easily Jameer Nelson. Last season Jameer was the achilles heel for the Magic, but this postseason it's a totally different story. Nelson is just destroying opposing guards, granted that he hasn't played the toughest competition. I can't wait to see him and Rondo matched up in the ECF. -

What's the most impressive performance in the Conference Semis?
The Regime replied to Cobb's topic in General NBA Discussion
18 rebounds for a six foot one guard, that's unheard of. Rondo dominated the entire game against a far better team, he gets my vote. The 23 points from Dragic are a fluke, he had one of those moments where everything fell. -

I can't see the Cavs winning in the TD Garden especially after watching last nights performance. Celts come out determined and wrap this series up imo. Here's a stat for you all....Doc Rivers is 31-1 when he leads a 7 game series 3-2. -
I realize that people have been calling him overrated for a while now, but it's really showing in this series.
-
Okay I understand that he's a great defensive mind, but outside of that does he know how to run this team? There are just too many questionable decisions on his behalf. Shaq is getting too much pt imo while Hickson is clearly the better player. Why wouldnt you put a guy like Hickson out there who can add some athleticism and shooting. All Shaq does is eat up space in the paint, and as a result LeBron is forced to shot jumper after jumper. Mo Williams is getting torched yet he's playing major minutes. Mike Brown finally gave Boobie some pt tonight but I think that was during garbage time. Mo is worthless when he isn't scoring, and thus far this series he has been non existant. Give Delonte or Boobie some more minutes and send a message to Mo. I dont understand how you can stay so commited to one guy when he hasnt produced. It amazes me that a great defensive mind like Mike Brown is letting one player (Rondo) exploit them so much. This series is over imo, Mike Brown is going to get fired, LeBron will leave Cleveland, and Shaq will retire, sorry to say Cavs fans but this team is [expletive]ed.

Boston is pouring it on, how embarrassing. -
Why are all these teams opening up the road for us, first the Mavs, then the Nuggets and Spurs, and now the Cavs. Thank you David Stern.

If LeBron isn't going to assert himself and try to get the Cavs back into this game the he should just sit his [expletive] on the bench. If I'm a Cleveland fan I'd be pist about Lebron's passive attitude. -

And the majority of us thought that the Celts were done. Rajon Rondo has revitalized this entire team. -

Lebron's final game at home. -
On second thought, I actually like it the way it is. Football is probably the second most discussed sport on this forum, but we don't get enough discussion to make divisional forums.

Fixing the Hawks: fire Woodson, trade Joe, keep Josh
The Regime replied to Cobb's topic in Atlanta Hawks Team Forum
So the Hawks advance and lose to probably the best team in the east and all that falls on Woodson. The Hawks played up to expectations, no one really expected them to advance to the ECF. That team isnt built to go any further. -
My guess is because their knees/legs are so brittle at that height.

I'm down to start in '98 as long as I get the Lakers. Young Shaq+young Kobe=DYNASTY! -
You guys can move this, it's Orioles pitching prospect Luis Lebron. You had me going for a second.
