I'm just curious to see what you guys think. I've heard mixed opinions from non Laker fans.

Kobe Under Review for "Homophobic" rant.
The Regime replied to deestillballin's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
He deserves a fine, I'm not going to argue that. But $100,000, really? -
Agreed, that shit is just annoying.

GM1: New Orleans at LA Lakers
The Regime replied to Real Deal's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
Best first round scenario for us. Cant wait to see this team play like they actually care, they should have no problems sweeping. -
Haha Odom way to be so blunt. Pathetic win, but we'll take it. Hopefully Drew can recover quickly.

We need to treat the last two games off the season as must wins. This game should be a blowout if the Spurs do decide to sit their starters.

Make a bold statement for the playoffs
The Regime replied to AboveLegit's topic in General NBA Discussion
As for my bold statement....Mavericks will lose to any team they face in the first round, as long as it's not the Hornets. Blazers or Nuggets will beat them in 5, Grizzles wil beat them in 6-7. -
Steve Blake Out Indefinitely with Chicken Pox
The Regime replied to GamerGuy's topic in Los Angeles Lakers Team Forum
I guess he didn't get vaccinated as a youth. I didn't realize that chicken pox was so dangerous during adulthood until I read the posts in this topic and did some research or my own. Shannon Brown with the ball even more in his hands, lord have mercy. -
Charlie Villanueva snaps on court
The Regime replied to AboveLegit's topic in Detroit Pistons Team Forum
This one incident alone made the the Pistons more relevant than they've been all season. -
We should start from the top and work our way down. So basically Real Deal, ALCS, GamerGuy, and then all the other vets based on how long they've been here. So, Real Deal gets my vote.

How many classes are you taking lol? At UNR they offer classes over two summer sessions, I'm not sure if it's the same for you.
-
Going to London this summer. Yeahhhhhh!!!
-
Specifics please.

Game carries some big time implications, we can't afford to lose out on the second seed. We need to win convincingly and pick up some steam heading into the postseason.
-
A Troy Murphy sighting lol, I totally forget that the Celts picked him up. And people on this forum actually thought that he was going to be a key player in their rotation.

Who will represent the East in the NBA finals?
The Regime replied to *Swish*'s topic in General NBA Discussion
The Heat should not have any chemistry issues at this point in the season. What's going to hurt them is the lack of a true defensive big man. They could hit a wall against the Magic or the Bulls. I'm going to stick with the Bulls because they are the most complete team. They are tops in almost every significant defensive statistical category and are one of the best rebounding teams in the league. Rose has molded himself into a legit first option, Boozer gives them a reliable post presence, and Deng can score from almost anywhere on the floor. On top of all that, I really like the Bulls bench, they have smart guys who play within their roles. A team who takes pride in playing defense will always get far. -
McIllroy with an epic collapse lol, that triple bogey pretty much led to his demise. I'm hoping for a tie.
-
Rondo hasn't been the same playmaker that we've been accustomed to watching, Ray Allen hasn't had the same scoring performance that he had in the previous three meetings, and the Celts are getting absolutely murdered on the glass. Props to Miami's defense though, they've looked sharp all game. Celtics have just looked old and really disinterested.

RAWRRRRRR, Chris Bosh is one angry raptor.
-
Dirty play by Jermaine, he's better off just wrapping Lebron up with both arms.
-
Derrick Rose is getting to the hole at will, what a monster quarter.
