When the Saints have played good defense they've shut Green Bay down. Now that it's 4th the Saints D is winded, no surprise they are running the ball so easily. Packers have a great O, it is by no means unstoppable. However, some of the passes Rodgers has made tonight are just lolrukidding? So much for no kick returns holy Cobb that was amazing. Nice opening game, Saints defense looked horrendous especially in pass coverage. They didn't get pressure on Rodgers and the coverages they were playing were just awful. I think back to the beginning of the game they had Rodgers in 3rd and 12 and the rushed three and dropped 8. Dumbest move they could have made cause when you give Rodgers time he will beat you. Good game for Rodgers and the recievers, not great just good. Cobb is my player of the game, not only with that kick return, but even on the reciving TD he juked the shit out of Malcolm Jenkins. That kid looks good, glad I grabbed him in my dynasty draft. Also, Sproles plays the Reggie Bush role even better than Reggie Bush did! Guy is a burner man, good luck NFC South...

Good luck, I had sort of the same thing to go through when the Cowboys had their rough injuries patches and trust me, it didn't work out for us. I too, talked myself into believing we'd be alright. However, timetables change, other people get injured, you fall into early holes in the season and just next climb out. However, good luck, we've had major depth issues, Giants seem to pull players out of the vendors and turn them into starters.

I had no doubt in my mind it was a big deal when I heard Manning was actually going to miss a start. Now that I know he's opted for possible season ending surgery, it's a huge deal. Manning is a competitor and wants to go out and earn his contract and win. It must be killing him to have to do this. Not surprising he would go out and consult so many doctors.
