First off, I have been reading a thread on another site that is very long, and I have not seen the Patrice Bergeron incident mentioned, and that is because these hits are TOTALLLLLLYYYYY different, and I only mentioned it because I knew one of you guys would bring it up. The hit I posted was extremely similar. Anyways, I've seen the replay a few times, but I couldn't really tell if Colby Armstrong should have been given 5 and a game for his charge tonight. He may have very well deserve it, but JVR deserved to get smacked for his cheap [expletive] cross-checks.

Is Len Bias considered a bust?
EastCoastNiner replied to AboveLegit's topic in General NBA Discussion
He never had a chance to. I know that he technically had a chance, and blew it(no pun intended), but he didn't get to show it on the court. -
I bet you if 10 players that get drafted this year had played over-seas, they would blow their money right away. One blown knee and they are leeching off of the government for money.

Is Len Bias considered a bust?
EastCoastNiner replied to AboveLegit's topic in General NBA Discussion
You can't be a bust if you never suit up. It is a tragic story, but in order to call someone a bust, you need to have seen them play multiple seasons, unless they flame out. -
The Randy Jones hit and Patrick Kaleta hit are hardly similar. Also, Mike Richards does play like Alex Ovechkin like you said, and I don't like how Alex Ovechkin plays sometimes because he is really going to hurt someone someday. Also, I've seen a lot more people saying that it was Jared Ross's fault for being an idiot than Patrick Kaleta being dirty, although I hate Patrick Kaleta. The hit was much more similar to this, and this hit resulted in a season long suspension, although I think this hit was worse. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9unlpJMAVHA&feature=player_embedded

Well, I wouldn't know, but pineapple is supposed to make semen TASTE better, not smell better. How does Peyton Manning's semen taste Mason? -
I'm really surprised that it isn't a unanimous vote for Brandon Roy.

I wish I could have watched the whole game today, but it was an intense game. - Mike Richards has too many intstinces of "accidentally" hurting people, and he needs to play less reckless whether some of you will admit it or not because you should not be having your stick hit the face of Tyler Myers, many people are starting to realize the same thing, that he is not just a "nice, skilled" player, but he is chippy. - Scott Hartnell needs to pick on someone bigger for a change because he is a punk [expletive], and I've said this forever, but I'd still like him on the Boston Bruins. - The hit on Jarded Ross was almost completely his fault, but Patrick Kaleta didn't need to hit him in that position, and don't even try to compare it to the Patrice Bergeron incident because he was facing the boards completely. I don't hate Mike Richards, but he has really developed a somewhat dirty style of hockey, and it's not just "chippy".

Well, it will be tough to beat a team with Josh Beckett, Roy Halladay, Jon Lester, and Dice-K Matsuzaka as a teams starting pitchers. Get Roy Halladay.

Do you think that Amare Stoudemire is a "Top 5" PF right now? He's really starting to come into his own, and he's putting up some pretty good numbers recently. He hasn't been stat padding like some other players in this league either.........

http://www.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/meast/11/25/navy.seals.falluja/index.html I hope they are found innocent of these charges, even though it is very well possible that they did punch him, or that he hurt himself intentionally. Why does the media always show these very few cases about U.S. Military men alledgedly doing some bad things, but can never give credit to the great men and women that serve our country, and it's no surprise that CNN is the one that loves this story, trying to play the victim role from the [expletive]-holes point of view? Oh, and BTW, this is the type of guy that you guys want to have the same right's as a U.S. Citizen. Here are some pictures of what this piece of [expletive] did, but you can keep playing that victim card and say he deserves right's, even though he should have a bullet in his head. http://www.thememoryhole.org/war/fallujah_31mar04/fallujah_31mar04-afp1.jpg http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_Dm4sFu73cJo/RgBPWiykmlI/AAAAAAAAAz4/G861zgooIy0/s400/iraq-fallujahcontrs032007.jpg Oh, and in case you guys are too dense to understand, those are the ACTUAL bodies of U.S. Navy Seals. It just makes me mad that terrorists can kill so many people and be-head Americans, but they cry for their right's when they are captured. I think that you are going to see less terrorists captured, and more with bullets in their head before they have a chance to speak if this stuff keeps happening. Also, this has nothing to do with Republicans and Democrats. Put a bullet in his head already.

September 11 Terrorists "Rights"
EastCoastNiner replied to EastCoastNiner's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
Do you not get the point? First off, there is no guarentee that they will be convicted considering most of the evidence will be THROWN OUT if they are given the same right's as U.S. Citizens, which you seem to not understand for some reason. Also, this just opens the door for other terrorists to have a great defense, -

September 11 Terrorists "Rights"
EastCoastNiner replied to EastCoastNiner's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
No, they won't if our dumbass President who has [expletive]ed everything up has his way with it, And, it's not just this case, but this opens the door to many defenses for terrorists and insurgents to plead in court. -

September 11 Terrorists "Rights"
EastCoastNiner replied to EastCoastNiner's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
A lot of the information that the U.S. has against them will not be admissible in court. They will be able to claim Miranda rights and use the 4th Ammendment for unreasonable search and seizures to their advantage, and will get a MUCH shorter sentence. -
Just "google" global warming hackers and you will finds thousands of articles. It happened recently. Here's one of the first articles I found on google a second ago. http://www.opposingviews.com/articles/opinion-proof-that-global-warming-advocates-use-deception-r-1258992120

So, I'm wondering how do some of you global warming freaks feel now that it's known that scientists have been manipulating data and lying to push their agendas? If you didn't know already, hackers went to work, and hacked one of the biggest global warming places with a [expletive] load of files showing that it's just a fraud. .

So, you're trying to tell me that it does not say that if a white person attacks a black person, hate crime charges can't be filed, and if a black person attacks a white person, hate crime charges can't be filed? It's not even a question, it's a fact.
-
Well, in case you didn't know, President Obama wants those morons to have a trial in the U.S., with the same rights as U.S. Citizens, which also means that a lot of information in the case against them will not be allowed to be used, and there is a good chance that they are not sentenced. Do you guys think that those dirty [expletive]ing terrorists should have the SAME rights as U.S. Citizens?
-
Yes, that is exactly what it says. You never read anything, and just assume.

Can one team escape any more close games than the Indianapolis Colts? Damn, they luck out for at least two straight weeks.
-
I know that Barack Obama signed it at the end of October, but what do you guys think of it? Basically, if a black person beats a white person or gay person, it's a "normal" crime, but if a white person beats a black person or gay person, they now get additional "hate crime" charges against them. Damn, you've got to love the liberals. . It's really funny considering that Senator Byrd was a KKK leader, is is the longest serving Senator.
