It's not cheating to lift weights though. I get your point that the players from the previous era's may not have had the same technology as the players today, so today's players have an advantage, which is legal, but that's just tough luck for the previous era's. Like it said in the article, did Mike Schmidt, Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, and players from older era's have an advantage because they didn't have to play against as many, if any, Dominican, Cuban, Venezuelan, and other ethnic players, when many of those countries have players from there that are the best in the MLB today?

I absolutely hate that argument as I think it is absolutely ridiculous. Lifting isn't injecting drugs into your body to give you an advantage on top of lifting weights which is natural. Mike Schmidt is saying this because he is a self-admitted juicer himself.

They would probably still be very good hitters, but they would not have near the same HR's and power that they have had throughout their career. There is a reason that they are banned, and it's because they give you a distinct advantage. Nate Clements and the secondary are going to shut down your WR's, and Patrick Willis and Manny Lawson will lead this defense. Vernon Davis and Frank Gore will make you cry.

Junichi Tazawa is making his first MLB start, has two striked on Migeul Carbrera after a touhj first inning, and it was not even at him, Miguel Cabrera's hands moved towards the ball, which still counts as a hit batter, but it was without a doubt unintenional. However, Rick Porcello didn't do his job the inning before, and needed to show his teammates he has their back, and hit Kevin Youkilis. The pitch wasn't even close to the strike zone.

At first, it may not have looked intentional, but I do think it was intentional after watching the replays and thinking about it. Rick Porcello didn't do his job and hit Victor Martinez the inning before, so he hit Kevin Youkilis, and he was surprised that Kevin Youkilis charged the mound, which is why he had that reaction you moron. Also, Kevin Youkilis didn't get rocked, he didn't even try and throw Rick Porcello down if you actually watch the replay where Rick Porcello was the one who tried to throw down Kevin Youkilis, and did, although that should be expected when you are 6'5. Are you going to try and tell me that Joba Chamberlain doesn't try and throw at Kevin Youkilis? .

It took me a few glances at the teams at first to realize it, but you can figure it out.
