10 Person Leauge: QB- Tom Brady RB- Darren McFadden RB- Larry Johnson WR/RB- Josh Morgan WR- Randy Moss WR- Andre Johnson TE- Vernon Davis D/ST- Jaguars K- Steven Gotskowski Bench- RB- Fred Taylor RB- Julius Jones WR- Deion Branch QB- Alex Smith RB- Lawrenece Maroney RB- Ryan Grant QB- Brett Farve People will be asking for Alex Smith, and I am banking on Darren McFadden, Larry Johnson, and Ryan Grant having big seasons.

That makes no sense at all considering I never said someone should pick up Joey Galloway. Tom Brady has better offensive weapons than he did during the 2007-2008 season.
-
I'm really surprised that this is a blowout, and I thought it would be very close. Regardless of Rasheed Wallace being on the Boston Celtics, I just think he is a better player. Even before he was signed by the Boston Celtics, he was probably my 2nd favorite PF/C behind Amare Stoudemire, Also, for the idiot that said Lamar Odom is and always has been better....what the hell are you on?!?!?!?!?! I think it was Charles Barkley that said this, but I could be wrong, that he thought Rasheed Wallace was the most talented PF he has ever seen, and that's saying something.

Does anyone know where all of these jobs that were supposed to be created are? Anyways, he needs to stop stealing our money, and many of you do not realize that OUR generation will be paying this debt!
-
You really are one of the dumber people on this site. Not once did you back up any claim that you made, and all you can do is try and mock people. At least the others actually give reasons.
-
You and Lance Armstrong have more in common than I thought then. .
-
Alex Smith and Shaun Hill are looking good so far, especially Alex Smith. Anyways, I don't like choosing RB's early.
-
At this moment in time, they are probably the best or second best along with the new York Yankees.
-
Tom Brady is going to have a great season. The team has added Joey Galloway to go with Randy Moss and Wes Welker, and it is going to be extremely hard to stop all three of the guys with great speed.
-
Is it standard scoring? Also, if you are looking for a sleeper WR, you need to take Josh Morgan. I am telling you that he will have a huge season and the 49er's #1 WR, and he is having an awesome camp. Anyways, I didn't take any RB's until a little later, hoping that they would have bounce back seasons.
-
You're screwing up if you wouldn't draft Darren McFadden. He is having a very good camp, and is going to get a lot of touches this season.

Why is ur fave player ur fave
EastCoastNiner replied to Celtics3420's topic in General NBA Discussion
Steve Nash- He is the type of PG that I love, is the best pure shooter in the NBA, has incredible handles, and unmatched play-making ability by anyone in the NBA. Amare Stoudemire- He's a straight up beast, and by far the most offensive talented and dominating PF in the NBA right now, and he is going to beast this coming season. -
Name your top 3 mammoth/deep best HR hitters,,,
EastCoastNiner replied to Warren2ThaG's topic in Baseball Forum
Adam Dunn Ryan Howard Prince Fielder When I watch Ryan Howard hit his HR's, it never looks like kills the ball, but they go a mile sometimes. I just don't get how it looks like he doesn't even make a good swing, but he still manages to hit HR's. -
No, not really. Paul Pierce, KG, Ray Allen, P.J. Brown, James Posey, and others had all been in the playoffs before, so that wasn't the greatest example. Baseball is unique though, and it's not just the teams experience when it comes to pitching, but the pitcher needs to know how to handle the pressure.
-
I understand that you feel like it is unfair, but that's not the same tune you were singing last year or this year during the Stanley Cup Finals was it? I'm sure most people picked the Detroit Red Wings becuase they probably thought they were better, but a lot had to do with the experience of the Detroit Red Wings and inexperience of the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2008.
-
Ummm, because if I ever say anything positive about Boston teams, I'm automatically labeled a "homer". You can't say that the Philadelphia Phillies, Flyers, or Eagles have any chance at the post-season, you can't say that Brian Westbrook is one of the best RB's, and you can't say that Chris Pronger is going to help the Philadelphia Flyers or you are just being a complete "homer".
-
You can use that argument, as it has a lot of credibility. Assuming that you think one of these QB's is better, which would you rather have in the playoffs? Phillip Rivers, Jay Cutler, or Donavan McCCCCCCNNAAABBBBBBB, or would you rather have Ben Rothelisburger?
-
You are wrong, and go show me where else I said "You are wrong" to anyone else. And, I love when people play the "homer"(for you Kyle) card, when it's not my fault that Boston has great sports teams, and they can all be considered the best.
-
Well, you're wrong. You didn't read the thread. I'm not saying anyone is wrong, I'm just not as sucked in the the hype of certain players, and I never once said that any of them were bad, and I never said I thought Josh Beckett and Jon Lester were the best 1-2 punch in the MLB, and haven't even said that the Boston Red Sox have the best pitching. So, maybe next time you should read.

I think that there is more balance in the Nl East and NL Central, which isn't the case for the the NL West. Obvious the NL East have the Washington Nationals, and the NL Central has the Pittsburgh Pirates, but other than that, those divisions are really strong as a whole, and I think the Mets will start playing a little better.
-
Do you have it yet, or do you have to wait until August 14, 2009?
-
That's just the demo that you get for pre-ordering it.
-
That defense mechanism doesn't work anymore. You never try and support any of your claims, no matter how outlandish they are.
