A lot of the homeless people are there because of their own mistakes. There's something in life called PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, which one party opposes, which leads to many hand-outs to people that just don't want to find a damn job.

I recently asked my friends' little girl what she wanted to be when she grows up. She said she wanted to be President some day. Both of her parents, liberal Democrats, were standing there, so I asked her, 'If you were President what would be the first thing you would do? ' She replied, 'I'd give food and houses to all the homeless people.' Her parents beamed. 'Wow...what a worthy goal.' I told her, 'But you don't have to wait until you're President to do that.. You can come over to my house and mow the lawn, pull weeds, and rake my yard, and I'll pay you $50. Then I'll take you over to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food and a new house. She thought that over for a few seconds, then she looked me straight in the eye and asked, ' Why doesn't the homeless guy come over and do the work, and you can just pay him the $50? I said, 'Welcome to the Republican Party.' Her parents still aren't speaking to me. .

Ok, I am telling you guys that VERNON DAVIS is going to have a break-out season. Yes, I know I said that last year, but Mike Martz used Vernon Davis to block every [expletive]ing play, where he proved to be the best blocking TE in the NFL. I really think that the following teams could end up with better records: - Boston Celtics - Orlando Magic - Miami Heat(That's right) - Detroit(I really like what they did this off-season) Actually, when I started this topic I was basing it off of last years team, so I totally forgot about Shaq, so......nevermind, I think they may finish #1. .

Alright, I'm sure a lot of you guys believe the are, but I'm not necessarily buying it. Just watching the regular season last year, although the Cleveland Cavaliers got the #1 Seed the Eastern Conference, I really wasn't THAT impressed with them. I really though the Boston Celtics and the Orlando Magic had the best chance to win the Eastern Conference. Then, after watching the first few rounds of the playoffs, I somewhat bought into the hype about the Cleveland Cavaliers, but realized that they weren't that good after the Eastern Conference Finals. They are LeBron James and Mo Williams, and that's about it. I don't think they are a "Top 5" team, and I really wouldn't be surprised to see them finish with about the 5th or 6th best record in the Eastern Conference. So, does anyone else think that they are vastly over-rated?

I had a hard time watching it at first. I can't watch people make total fools out of themselves, although this was pretty cool.
