Ok so my nba 2k10 disc is scratched a little bit. Its got that scratch ring around it, heard its pretty common. The game itself runs, I can get all the way into the main menus and game match until the game stops reading from there. I dont want to buy a new nba 2k10 disc copy. I was thinking of renting 2k10 from blockbuster, using their disc to install to my hard drive, and then I can just use my disc from now on since my xbox can actually read the game, then I can still play from the hard drive. Problem is im not sure if it will work. Does it matter that its different discs, or does it have to be the same disc that u installed from? Also, can you still play on xbox live from an installed game? Need help pls thx asap!

I can honestly shoot from like near halfcourt standing straight up and can make a decent amount out of 20 shots. No lie Heres what I would suggest. Shoot from long range the same way you would shoot from regular 3 pt range, mid range and close range are obviously shots where you have to make an adjustment in jump/release etc. But just shoot normally from the longest range possible, if you find yourself still airballing shots, you need to work out your arms. I dont neccesarily agree with it being leg strength, if you play basketball on a consistent basis you should have strong enough legs, I never work out my legs but my legs are very strong just from playing for a lot of years.

Ugh hate losses like this, home crowd acts like they just won a trophy just cause they beat the Lakers and the players start celebrating. Oh well, wel probably win the next 4 on the road trip, Kobe has 3 days to rest.
-
The Jazz are just making everything, [expletive]ing Ronnie Brewer is making 3's and fadeaway jumpers, what else can ya do. Were makin some nice plays too and the game is still in reach, but Kobe is clearly not himself tonight, bad shooting plus he doesnt look like hes in a right state of mind. Hes left his man open all night and hes chucking shots, thankfully were getting some rebounds. Just a bad night for us overall.

Does 6 ppg, 3 rbg sound like a hall of famer to you? Because thats what he did in the playoffs last year.
-
Kobe because he doesnt need a hall of fame teammate to win a championship. Shaq does.

Phillies with Halladay? Halladay Lee Hamels Blanton Pedro are you kidding me?

Woww if we win this game, we might not lose for a while. Weve got some easy East teams coming up and we should be able to beat them, then we got the Cavs on Christmas. Im thinkin 16 game winning streak at that point. This should be a tough game though. Kobe will have a huge night.

Maggette Hurt By Boos From Home Crowd
kingfish replied to Legacy's topic in Golden State Warriors Team Forum
Lmao I can just hear Legacy saying "Yes its working!!" -
Im pretty sure its just opponent team winning %, not sure though.
-
Lmao I used Shaq, took him 20 questions and he guessed Ray Allen. Asked me one more question, "Is your character overweight?" I say "Yes." He responds, "I think of." "SHAQ!"
-
People are hating on the Lakers saying their schedule is easy so far because they have been beating up on bad teams. And I think what this shows is that the Lakers opponents have been better then most of the teams so far.
-
WOW lol I thought of Pau Gasol and he guessed it. This is legit, thanks for posting.

Report: Halos make serious offer for Halladay
kingfish replied to bigdog17k's topic in Baseball Forum
Right but hes 32 years old with a lot of mileage and will either get a huge contract or leave in free agency. Id rather keep a few terrific young players while we can and use the money elsewhere. -
Replace Kobe with those 2 on any team and you get worse. Neither of them are capable of the 4th quarter clutchness that Kobe has so we would still be an elite team but probably fall flat come playoff time.
-
Kobe, mostly everyone in the league admits it. There are two type of fear though, fear of players hurting you, fear of players beating you. Kobe is a pretty humble dude who just does his bussiness out there on the court (unlike Lebron who dances like a moron). People fear Kobe because hes unstoppable, and he can beat you by himself in the 4th quarter of a game. As hard as people work to stop him from getting to the basket, it must be demoralizing only to watch him pull up for a mid range jumper and bury it in their face. Thats why people fear him, you can stop guys from getting to the basket, you can stop guys from scoring in the paint, you cant stop a guy who can make any jumper from anywhere on the court at any time. And with all the acrobatic plays that Kobe has had this season (behind backboard shot, buzzer beater, backwards layups, etc.) it just makes people fear him that much more.

How does Denver ever expect to be an elite team? Smh...
