  1. Regular season wins doesn't matter now, I think most people realize that. It's all about the Larry O'Brien trophy. And a Luol Deng at 100% is far better than Luol Deng at 60%. I also think that is the difference between Doc Rivers and Thibs. The former gives more rest to his starters during the regular season to allow for greater success down the road (they discovered Avery Bradley while doing so) while the latter sticks with whatever works (at least for now) and keep going with it till eventually, it doesn't work (i.e. against Miami last year). Then again, Thibs has only been here for almost two seasons, there is plenty of time for him to change.
  2. Rumours has it that the 76ers players are tuning out Collins...could very well make him the first casualty of the offseason.
  3. Sadly that is the truth. But hopefully someone put some sense in Thibs and make him realize that this team is good enough to afford one or two losses for playoff success.
  4. Gerald Green, holy crap. Dude has been ballin' since he was signed.
  5. Only watched the first few minutes of the game...clearly it was not a good first game for D-Rose to go against a terrific perimeter defender like Shumpert. I still think the early leads established by the other team is really hurting the Bulls, hopefully they realize that. I hope Thibs rest Deng and give some minutes to Jimmy Butler for what hopefully be a few meaningless games at the end of the season, because while Luol is a warrior, no way can we progress in the playoffs with our best defender and arguably second option playing with 60% of his energy every game.
  6. Not liking the fast starts opposite teams are making against the Bulls.
  7. Terrrence Williams is racking up the assists...not sure if that represents a change in mentality for him since I haven't actually seen the Kings play, but the Kings need more players like him.
  8. The Suns' doctors have done it again, Michael Redd is back to his old shooting ways.
  9. Harden needs to step out of this little shooting slump for OKC to regain control of the West.
  10. ^ Griffin and who? Reggie Evans? I'll go with New Orleans. They play at a pace too slow for me. Granted, it is probably out of necessity given their injuries and Monty Williams' defensive-first mentality, but still.
  11. This Portland team has a nice future ahead. They need someone to replace B-Roy though.
  12. I like what the Bobcats did today. Let the guys who can make shots (Kemba and Mullens) take the shots. Granted, neither of them shot well, but I would rather see them shoot than say, someone like Derrick Brown.
  13. I have a new favourite to win the West....and it ain't OKC.
  14. Not sure if McHale's system favour point guards, but both Kyle Lowry and Dragic have played out of their minds for the Rockets this season.
  15. Phew, lucky Rondo couldn't connect with Allen at the end.
  16. If Otis is still trying to please Dwight, then SVG is gone tomorrow. I just can't see them working together, even for the brief period that is the rest of the season.
  17. I hope D-Rose comes back in perfect condition, because the rest of the team is burning out.
  18. This Portland team might have a future after all. They got some nice prospects still and can add to them with a nice draft pick from NJ.
  19. Westbrook is deadly with those pull-up jumpers.
  20. Good to see Sessions has/will get the attention a point guard like him deserves.
  21. This could very well be VDN's last game. Can't wait.
  22. This is a damn good game. What performances by Love and Durant.
  23. Great tap by Barea to give Tolliver that open dunk.
  24. Interesting how Timberwolves went to Kevin Love right at the start of OT while the Thunder didn't even let Durant touch the ball in their first two possessions.
