Good analysis, Erick. During that stretch of the fourth quarter, when the Lakers couldn't get ANYTHING going, Fisher answered the call. The emotion he displayed when interviewed at the end of the game almost made me teary eyed. The guy is a bona fide champion.

Bynum has played extremely well given his circumstance in these Finals. Got to give props to him for that. HUGE win tonight. Celtics defense was smothering in the fourth, but my man Derek really stepped it up when it counted. Awesome.

Kobe's got that mean look in his face, he's going at the Celtics hard from the get go. Very solid first half from us, we need to continue it in the second.

You're talking about a guy that worked out like crazy after eating some pizza during one off-season. Kobe is really, really health conscious, I doubt he would do any sort of drug.

I'm going to be honest, the officiating in this game was terrible for both teams. But goodness gracious, how was that not out of bounds on KG? Replay CLEARLY showed it was off of Garnett, yet they didn't overturn it? That would of been Lakers ball and down only three, instead of five. But we didn't lose because of that. We lost because we didn't play well. We did a terrible job of sticking to Ray Allen, and we weren't very crisp offensively, especially in the second half. Odom was a no-show, and Artest had a bad game. Bench was terrible, especially defensively. We need to do a much better job of staying focused, both offensively and defensively. Boston did what they had to do, and that was steal on in L.A. Now the Lakers need to return the favor on Tuesday.

To be only down by 6 points after such a crappy first half? I'll take it. Expect a much, much more focused effort by the Lakers in the third quarter.

Do it Kobe, and while you're at it get those fingers fixed. Just take the entire summer off and rest. Gasol is also opting out of the World Championships because he wants to rest. I'd think a summer off for both of these guys would be HUGE. They both need it.

Based on his accomplishments right now, he might be able to. He'll more than likely tack on a ton more accomplishments when he retires, and by then he'll definitely get in.

Like others have said, it is way too early to tell. However, I honestly don't think he will end up in the HOF. He's a talented player with a lot of potential, but that doesn't mean he's HOF material. If every Joe Shmoe made the HOF, it wouldn't the "Hall of Fame" anymore. Just because you're all star material doesn't mean you belong in the HOF.

Very good first half for us. We're challenging shots, and we're doing a pretty decent job of keeping Rondo in check. Definitely need to keep the defensive effort up when the second half starts.

If you get the bulldog, you can train him use a skateboard, then you could walk for hours! I'd probably get the retriever, the bulldog, or the Weimaraner. Any of the dogs would be great if raised right, so I guess it just comes down to what activity you'll be doing the most with it.
