  1. I'm 6'3. Definitely wouldn't want to be shorter, maybe 2 inches taller if anything. But I'm 21 now so can't see that happening.
  2. I was going so well up until the start of August when I broke my humerus playing football (soccer). The doctors said I weakened it by arm wrestling a few days before, which is the most common injury for breaking that particular bone. NEVER arm wrestle, seriously. Anyway I had the cast on for 16 weeks and I've had it off for about 4 now and the bone still isn't healed. I was on about 70kg bench press, 20kg bicep curls per arm, 30kg's per arm shoulder press. Now I'm on to 10kg's with the single things due to my arm still being slightly broken. It's really depressing and a massive regret. Bit of a freak accident but I've decided I'm never playing football on grass again as I also broke it when I was younger (the forearm) and apparently I haven't got weak bones or anything. Onwards and upwards!
  3. I quite like watching 3-point shooting teams. Before this season I always liked watching Magic for Reddick, Pietrus, Turkoglu, JRich etc. Warriors are always fun to watch, all out offensive and I looove Monta Ellis.
  4. I quite like Atlanta Hawk's logo.

  6. It's brutal. Mo Williams just came off a huge game..and then goes and does that. Very disappointed with the Cavs, they showed so much heart at the start of the season but it seems to be slowly dying off.
  7. I think I might be getting mixed up with who's been starting these past few games then. NBA.com on my mobile is [expletive]ed!
  8. Was his last game v Jazz? Everything was working so well with Dunleavy starting these past few games. Then Rush with a few huge efforts off the bench..I dunno he seems very inconsistent..but so can Mike. I mean that game against Denver probs ain't gonna happen again..I think we should keep Mike starting these next few games just to see..
  9. I saw him play at his debut for Southampton when he was 16. Came on as a sub v Wolves. We produce some awesome talent..just shame we're never good enough to have them stay. Current star we have is Adam Lallana. Alex Oxlaide-Chamberlain looking good too, with a call up to England U19's recently.
  10. Football (Soccer) Basketball Tennis Snooker Rugby Darts Football is my big sport, followed the longest and one I'm the best at. Support Southampton in England League 1. Basketball is obvious as I'm posting on these boards aren't I . Tennis I love Lleyton Hewitt though he's pretty dire these days dropping outta the elite players. I still love to see him do well. Snooker I love Neil Robertson..knew he'd become world number one some day a few years back. Rugby I only follow internationally., supporting England. Darts is awesome craic to go to, like to see the Aussie Simon Whitlock do well. Phil Taylor is just amazing though.
  11. Boobie aaaalll day. Great shooter and has put up some good numbers this year with LeBron's departure.
  12. I hate Russia. The world cup had England written all over it. Russian transport links are horrific. England is a small country..already has loads of stadia to be used..everything is so close...many airports. Nothing would need to be rushed to prepare. Plus the football at the end of the day is a truely English thing..they'd make it so special. Very disappointed. I guess we have the Olympics in 2012 though. I'd gladly swap however.
  13. Biggest point-margin loss in a while. I thought we'd lose this. Deron was sooo solid though..he's hard to stop. Few of Granger's 3's could have fell on another night.
  14. I feel kinda bad for LeBron.. I can see Cleveland winning but LeBron playing reasonably well.
  15. Theo Walcott Gareth Bale Rickie Lambert Adam Lallana Morten Gamst Pedersen Teams: Southampton (League One ) (if I had to pick one from Spain/Italy as well it'd be Valencia/Napoli
  16. Heyy, yup I am. Not even from the area but fell in love in Granger on one of the NBA games then started to follow. Started pretty well this year..!

  17. Awesome that's a great help. Found a good plyometric article here - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw27.htm I'll start my program as of tomorrow. How many inches did your jump increase..I mean I haven't exactly been doing any plyometrics, just things like squats, leg press etc and I got a fair increase off that alone. I'm quite confident. Another thing..time. Does it take long to get results? Thanks mate.
  18. LeBron for me too. Kinda obvious really..I'd have him no.1
  19. Awesome win..and it helped my accumulator. Boston win Indiana win Okalhoma win San Antonio win LA Clippers win Thankyou very much williamhill.
  20. Well I've been looking online and can't really find much..I've seen this thing called a jumping manual, but it costs quite a lot of money for what it actually is. Is anyone working on this themselves? Or has been in the past? I need some different routines to increase it. At the moment I can touch the rim and hang on it, but not enough to get the ball above the rim in my hand. I've done a couple of things like squats/lunges etc in the gym..but not much. Also while I'm here..is it possible to be able to palm the ball by doing anything in the gym or whatever? Or is it all about the size of your hand and once you stop growing that's it? Help appreciated guys.
  21. Wow Hibbert played so well, as did Kevin Love. Read there he's went from 14.5% body fat to 8% and looks so much quicker on his feet. Looks like Paul George got some good numbers too. By the way..anyone know how long Granger's out for? It was a sprained ankle I think.
  22. In my association game I'm Pacers. So far I'm 2-0 with wins against Spurs and Bobcats. Danny Granger hit 8/10 3-pointers, didn't even go near the sliders! Traded Posey for Korver Traded TJ Ford, '11 1st round pick and Jeff Foster for Kevin Love and '12 2nd round pick. Signed Stephon Marbury to a 1 year deal Korver is great when I get him open, against Spurs he sunk 4/4 otherwise I was totally losing that game. Since Ford went Marbury has been adequate back-up to Collison..chipped in so far with decent numbers. Kevin Love was brought in simply for rebounds. Him and Hibbert are going crazy with the boards, that's nice to have. In my player game I got drafted 2nd round by the Heat as a SG..yet to play any games yet in the Summer League..hope I get signed!
  23. Maybe this has been posted before a while back, but I thought some of it was pretty funny. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggectpnGhxk&feature=related
  24. I seen a couple..like I like it on the floor, I like it in the back seat of a Lambo lol.
  25. I think LeBron would probably beat Kobe one on one. Just his sheer power and speed.
