  2. Good job McGrady, first game (though pre-season) as a Piston and you put up 0 points!
  3. Will only lead to the discrediting of an already worthless league.
  4. Er, considering there is no evidence behind this at all except for this guy's "feeling", there is no point in even talking about this

  7. Not surprised. Good centers are a dying breed and he is one of the few left.
  8. Your argument is already invalid... read up on this and get some new material... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godwin%27s_law Comparing the deaths of millions of people to 5000 is childish and so is your argument.

  10. They also wore their blue and yellow Cavs Fanatics jerseys. Now they have two new ones. I love it.
  11. Super pissed the TWolves got rid of the green TREES in their uniform! So unique!
  12. How do Nuggets fans feel about his run in Denver. He was your most hyped up player in over a decade, and obviously is your best player and face of the franchise. Being drafted third overall, he was kinda overshadowed by LeBron, but still put up fantastic numbers and has been the man in Denver for years. Especially with how LeBron left Cleveland, how will Denver fans feel about Melo if he leads, and would you deem his run in Denver as a failure?
  13. With Carmelo, the Knicks would once again be a competitive team. Though they wouldn't be able to get past the Celtics and Heat, and probably the Magic, they actually look like a desirable destination for future free agents. Plus, as mentioned before, they could land CP3, but IMO that trio alone won't be able to defeat the three kings of Miami.
  14. Considering he is tight with LBJ and is definitely willing to sign a league-minimum contract. I think it's only a matter of time before Damon's goofy smile is gleeming in a Heat uniform.
  15. You guys are acting like these kids lives are ruined forever. Just wait 10 years when these kids are fortunate to say they played basketball with LeBron James when they were children.
  16. I might be able to believe this if it were to come down to the Lakers and Celtics again, and Shaq had a hand in the Lakers defeat, but they will probably see each other three or four times in the season, the Lakers will appear as the dominant team, and Shaq will sign with a different team next season.
  17. OMG HE HOOKED UP WITH TWO GIRLS IN LAS VEGAS WHAT AN EGO MANIACCCC AHHH I HATE LEBRON [/sarcasm]
  18. That's exactly how I feel. I am a Cavaliers fan, born in Cleveland, and I only became a fan of the Cavs when they drafted LeBron. I'm sure there are plenty of Cavalier fans who are in the same boat as I am. I don't hate LeBron for leaving...he gave us some of the best 7-years in franchise history, not to mention plenty of great moments and playoff appearances. The only thing I will never get over is the energy he brought into the building. I was never fortunate enough to see him live in a Cavaliers uniform, but the crowds during playoff games, especially those which were critical to us in the Q was so amazing, I felt like I was there even though I was only watching on a screen. EDIT: I am also very dissapointed in how all of these events transpired as the bitter ending to his career in Cleveland. Think about it. All we had to do is wait six more years, and after a few championships, there would have been no place better to go than Cleveland. At the age of 31, LeBron would have been hungry to close out his career with another championship or two, and to do it for Cleveland, would have been as great as his first seven seasons in a Cavaliers uniform. We [expletive]ed it up just as much as LeBron did.
  19. It will happen once Gilbert leaves. That's your final answer.
  20. Why are you all saying the organization doesn't have problems when apparently all these players are saying so after they leave? What makes your opinions more legitimate than the people who actually were apart of the organization? He's not just going to talk [expletive] about Toronto for no reason. Like he said, he is no longer associated with the team therefore he doesn't need to go into dramatic detail, yet you guys are calling him a drama queen. I'm no Hedo fanboy, but you are all acting as if he is a liar.
  21. I'm not Serbian, but I know a lot of Serbian people who love the game and play it. Considering you are all so tall its no wonder basketball is popular in the Baltics.
  22. First off, who cares about this FIBA crap? The only basketball tournament that matters is in the Olympics. And Serbia definitely has the most basketball fans and talent outside of the United States.
