  1. Not at all. Chris Paul, as good as he is, needs another superstar to take him to the next level. Brandon Roy, who is overrated as is, isn't going to end up with twenty a game. LA also isn't going to turn into Amare Stoudamire, and the rest of thir roster just wouldn't be able to compete with the NBAs best teams. I've never even heard of this Wesley guy lol
  2. Ugh. I miss that team. LeBron; Tricky Ricky; Darius Miles; Boozer; DaJuan Wagner.
  3. http://img832.imageshack.us/img832/8137/thecity.png This is my second signature after not having made a signature in over a year. Thoughts?
  4. I do believe his numbers will drop without Nash, more specifically his field goal percentage and such. Considering he is the number one offensive threat for the Knicks, I expect him to average the same amount of points and rebounds, but unfortunately, unless the Knicks can make an offseason move soon or grab a great draft pick, his tenure in NYC will be nothing but eliminations in the quarter and semi-finals
  5. I'm a big fan of Randy Foye. He well definitely do well coming off the bench, because he is a good passer and shooter. He can also play the number two as well. I personally, believe Gomes is overrated, but a lot of people think he is really good, and is still a good pick-up for the Clippers. I too am in shock about finding out they have the T'Wolves draft pick this season. I honestly believe it could finally make them contenders if they choose the right guy.
  6. I agree, that's most likely a fib exaggerated thanks to pressure from Dan the Man.
  7. He definitly has potential. He seems stronger than his muscles make him appear, but more importantly its obvious he has a very high sense of offensive IQ, as well as hustle and rebounding skill.
  8. I know he's great friends with LeBron, and I want to see him win a championship. What's the difference between him staying around for another year? He's too old to do much, especially with the new offensive scheme. I say sign with Miami brotha!
  9. Haha yeah. May I please have a full size image of your avatar? It's so [expletive]ing awesome.
  10. I think they can. They are going to get someone new in there this off-season, as made apparent by Dan Gilbert. It just depends who its costs. I think they need Mo to keep the offense in tact and for someone Scott can command a brand-new offense with, although his style doesn't really fit the system. In fact, a lot of guys aren't going to work well in the offense I think, but I don't like the idea of getting rid of Varejao unless he goes in a package for someone worth the loss. I think he adds energy to the team and is valuable on the glass. Plus I like the idea of him on the fast break. Delonte would work decently on the fast break, but I don't see him staying around for much longer. As for the playoffs, I think the bottom of the East is too weak to contend, especially if they get some meat from a team in their conference. But honestly, I would rather see them clear up cap space for next year's free agent selection. It's not going to be as strong as this years, but they will have the money to attract the fourth best player in the market, especially an egotistical player looking to shine on his own.
  11. 1. Los Angeles Lakers - Should be no contest for 'em. 2. Dallas Mavericks - They are gonna be hyped up, but at the end of every game they will fall apart against the Lakers. 3. Denver Nuggets - I don't see why everyone is counting them out. 4. Portland Trailblazers - And this is being optimistic. 5. Oklahoma City Thunder - Kevin. Durant. baby! 6. San Antonio Spurs - Unless injuries set them back, I don't see their bodies keeping up. 7. Houston Rockets - Not getting any younger either, but not better than the Spurs. 8. Memphis Grizzlies - The tide is changing people! Wake up! 9. Utah Jazz - Without Boozer, things are gonna get tougher. 10. New Orleans Hornets - Not much improvement with the franchise. CP3 say hello to Miami. 11. Phoenix Suns - I feel bad for Steve Nash. Hopefully he'll turn to a run with the Raptors. 12. Sacramento Kings - Every year they seem to be getting better. We'll see how the draft picks work out and if they make any moves this off season. 13. Los Angeles Clippers - I like the Clippers too... 14. Golden State Warriors - Who is on this team? 15. Minnesota Timberwolves - My boys.
  12. 1. Miami Heat 2. Chicago Bulls 3. Boston Celtics 4. Orlando Magic 5. New York Knicks 6. Atlanta Hawks 7. Cleveland Cavaliers 8. Charlotte Bobcats 9. Milwaukee Bucks 10. Detroit Pistons 11. Philadelphia 76ers 12. Washington Wizards 13. Indiana Pacers 14. New Jersey Nets 15. Toronto Raptors
