It would only be weird because Slaven is used to his palm. -
Maggette To Start At PF, Randolph Out
His Greatness replied to Legacy's topic in Golden State Warriors Team Forum
Those of you surprised are obviously not familiar with the brilliant machinations of Don Nelson. Shrewd moves like these are exactly why I expect Golden State to continue on the success of last season. -
Sports Illustrated's Scouting Takes on all 30 teams

Good find. I'll finish up reading all of it when I'm done not watching preseason. BTW, I agree with Erick. The only thing valuable about JO is his contract. -
Bears sign QB Cutler to contract extension through 2013
His Greatness replied to Cobb's topic in NFC Conference Discussion
He's an upper-tier quarterback at 26 years, with excellent prospects. Whether or not he's overrated is arguable. What isn't is his franchise status. Chicago does have to shore up other areas, but that doesn't dispute anything. -

What are you guys suggesting? That Chicago shouldn't secure their franchise because of inadequacies at other positions? You guys know they still intend to build around him, right? -
Congrats, Waldo. We should go to Chuck E. Cheese's to celebrate.

stfu troll Half of your posts are about how much I ride Peterson and Manning. At least when I do, it's relevant to the topic. And at least they're good so it's deserved; you still have Vernon Davis' scrotum firmly wrapped in your mouth, for whatever reason.

Bears sign QB Cutler to contract extension through 2013

He's a 26-year-old franchise quarterback with serious upside... of course he's worth it. A shoddy offensive line shouldn't keep you from securing your future. -
ECN knows he's wrong, he just posts his drivel to get a rise out of people.

Norv Turner is pretty bad.

Antoine Winfield is our designated respiratory resuscitator. He was out, and the dime back was his replacement. Still, that meltdown is indefensible. Baltimore racked up 222 yards and scored 21 points in the fourth quarter with 4 minutes and 25 seconds. Unacceptable. Thumbs up to the offense for keeping us in it. Brutal win, but 6-0 is 6-0.

Erick Blasco's Top 30 NBA Shooting Guards
His Greatness replied to Erick Blasco's topic in General NBA Discussion
I'm not convinced about Smith. He's streaky, immature, and a chronic chucker, among other things. Too much baggage for top 10, methinks. -
ECN, you've been promoted to OTR's biggest troll. The title is still up for grabs, so don't give up yet, PFG.

He's MJD lite.

I'm probably alone in this, and it might be because I saw him carve up Minnesota's defense today, but I'll take Flacco. I know Ryan is fundamentally superior and more efficient, but I love Flacco's moxie, his guts, and of course his elite arm. It's tremendous. I will probably change my mind next week.

A special thanks is in order for Orlando Pace. Cutler and Forté have strong cases of their own, but that false start was brutal.

It might not have mattered, but that was awful time management there at the end by Rex Ryan. Miami was already in field goal position. Call a timeout, give your defense a breather, and preserve the clock for a possible game-winning drive.

Cutler says Favre is best QB in NFC North
His Greatness replied to His Greatness's topic in NFC Conference Discussion
I would take Cutler and Rodgers long term, but that's to be expected. This one season, I'm fine with Favre. He's been perfect. Only seven QBs have been sacked more than Favre — don't talk about pressure. He's getting roughed up, and he's handled it valiantly. We outplayed San Francisco, and the better team executed when it mattered most. That's not a miracle; a miracle is Jeff Reed shanking two easy field goals that should've given them the win. And as opposed to the Aaron Rodgers that won against Chicago? Let him have his yards... I'll take the W. Blame the league for the schedule. We've won the games we were supposed to, and the record is perfect. BTW, who are you kidding? You don't have any friends. We all know that's you.
