  1. It'll look even better when Iguodala does this again: http://sixers4guidos.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/a4c62575dde58bb4ca61c2ccc6ac5ea4-getty-82992848ng027_76ers_lakrs.jpg?w=462&h=307
  2. This argument is apples and oranges. Reed is the premier centerfielder in the NFL. No one comes close to his proficiency in that regard, but that's the only place he impacts the game. I realize that sounds extremely shortsighted because it's a very vital role, but you look at a guy like Polamalu, who not only covers the deep middle (not as good) with effectiveness, but dominates other areas as well... it just does more for me. He's officially classified as a strong safety, but he's truthfully a hybrid. He can do it all. BTW, picks aren't an indicator of a player's pass coverage abilities. Polamalu may have picked off more passes, but I think it's universally known that Reed is the best coverage safety.
  3. I wouldn't jump on Campbell, no matter the team he's facing. Zorn has him handcuffed because he doesn't trust him with the ball, especially in the red zone.
  4. Another one already, Brandon? Paul better watch out, you're creeping up on him. Just kidding — you'll never be as old as him. Happy Birthday!
  5. Upside, and his superb arm... he easily has one of the best deep balls in the league. He's young and still has some tightening to do on the nuances of the position, but he's good. The one thing weighing him down is the evil team he plays for.
  6. Keep an eye on Niners-Vikings. Should be a telling litmus test for both teams, and I've got a hunch that it'll be closely fought throughout.
  7. http://i35.tinypic.com/sqh36b.jpg Yuck. I must unsee this right now.
  8. Dude it's okay, there are plenty of attractive gingers. Look at Ben (Jammin).
  9. Polamalu doesn't have a position. He lines up, free of the scheme, where the defense needs him, makes plays, and dominates. And that versatility you alluded to exactly why I prefer him over Reed — he's able to cover the deep zones with comparable instincts to Reed, man up tight ends, and is phenomenal in the box. He excels at everything, including what Reed excels at. Polamalu impacts the game more.
  10. Now you're reaching. There's a big difference between a hypothetical regarding a missed field goal—where the team was already in prime position—and a drive that never happened. Chicago lost to Green Bay. That's not a hypothetical, that's reality.
  11. They call Irish people the Fighting Irish. You're not Irish, you're ginger!
  12. Check out everything on Church Mouth and the Satanic Satanist, they're great albums. And John Gourley is a wonderful vocalist.
  13. If you stack the LOS, plug the gaps, and constantly send run blitzes, yes, they do get shut down like that. So congratulations, you bottled up Adrian Peterson... and as an adverse effect, you compromised the rest of your defense and lost the game, so who cares. Stop splitting hairs dude. At any rate, it happened two years ago, and I will wager my life that Peterson racks up more than three yards this time. Want to bet yours? Loser has to commit suicide.
  14. And because redheads can't fight. It's inherent right?
  15. And, despite how good he is, Reed is sort of one-dimensional.
  16. Someone should've told Romo that it wasn't January yet.
  17. Good lord, Newman has had an atrocious game.
  18. Colossal fail for both teams... no punts have hit the scoreboard yet.
