  1. i wish there was a picture of the packers that was similar to 'heat bench'
  2. My friend has a 4s and I've been playing with it
  3. The defense hasn't played well against ANYONE up until the second half of the Falcons game. I know they were against shitty teams, I admitted that in the OP. When you struggle against shitty teams and have a talented group, it is nice to see them come up big and get their shit together to avoid embarrassment. Green Bay could NOT stop Michael Turner, but guess what, after getting gassed huge in the first half, they got their shit together. I'm happy about it
  4. Stafford failed to come up in the clutch. There is nothing false about that statement. I will give the 49ers respect when they beat a team better than Detroit. It has been clear for the past few weeks that while Detroit is a team on the rise, they are not an elite team yet. Yes, they shut down Tampa Bay. Good job. Other than that, they haven't really shut down any teams. They held the Eagles at their season average of PPG. I didn't want to discredit the 49ers, but the more you want to whine because of an unusual feeling I shared, the more I feel like I need to. I mean the 9ers only have 4 more games against potential playoff teams, so you'd better hope that they're as good as you're talking them up to be. This thread was in no way trying to bash the 49ers, but it's funny that you interpreted it as that.
  5. I worded it just fine. Stafford did fail to lead the Lions down the field to score a winning TD
  6. its not only for texts though. i think you're greatly underestimating how great the notification center is
  7. all the notifications are in one pull down spot now, like webos and android have been doing for years. much better than the big popup with "view or close" in the middle of everything like it used to be
  8. way to totally misinterpret the thread. good job bud...
  9. Broncos 19th in points, 26th in yards this year Against the Packers, you wouldn't know this, because they seemed like they could score at will
  10. Gave up plenty of points to Denver, so I don't care how shitty the team is.

  12. When the Packers found themselves down 14-0 in the Georgia Dome last Sunday night, they found themselves in uncharted waters. They trailed by the largest deficit since Brett Favre's first return to Lambeau Field; a game that the Packers lost. With the Packers down 14-0 early in the game, the outcome of the game seemed certain. The Packers would lose their first game since they lost to the Patriots without Aaron Rodgers last season, and unlike that game, they would be embarrassed, with Rodgers in the game. The O-Line was shaky, and the Packers offense was not firing on all cylinders early on. Atlanta's offense was also unstoppable. Determined to avenge an embarrassing postseason loss in Atlanta to the Packers last season, Michael Turner could not be contained by the star-studded Packers defense. And let's be honest, the Packers defense hadn't looked strong at all up to that point in the season. This was a squad that seemed content with giving up 20+ points for game, because they knew that their offense could outscore the opposition, just as they had been doing since last December. With their backs up against the wall, the Packers defense finally delivered. After scoring a touchdown in each of the first two quarters, Atlanta never scored again. The Packers defense had finally clicked. I don't want to get ahead of myself here, but ever since that point, the Packers have taken on a the identity of a team that can grind out a win when their offense fireworks aren't exploding at full force. This past weekend against St. Louis, a team that is struggling greatly on offense, the Packers only gave up 3 points over 4 quarters, creating a streak of 6 quarters without giving up a touchdown. I know it is just St. Louis, but Green Bay had been struggling against other bad teams on defense, such as Denver.
  13. Was anyone else just waiting patiently for the eventual 49ers collapse and the Lions to capitalize on a mistake to win the game? It feels funny and weird to watch a Lions game and to feel shocked by a result in which they don't win. I just kept thinking, "okay, the 49ers are up now, but they can't possibly win, its the Lions ffs." When the Lions had the ball at the end of the game, I felt something similar as I did when the Patriots got the ball at the end of their game. "Oh, this is over, the Lions are going to drive down the field and win." It was no surprise to me when Tom Brady marched the Pats down the field to win the game, but Stafford's inability to lead the Lions down the field was a shock. I just find it weird to live in a world where the Lions are a team on the schedule that opponents have to prepare for
  14. you guys are crazy, the notifications and siri alone make this the best iOS upgrade since the App Catalog was added
  15. why would you guys take Scott Wells over [expletive]ing Matt Birk?
  16. this is pretty true It isn't like NBA on Christmas is much of a tradition like NFL on Thanksgiving. We have NFL on Christmas every year now it seems anyway
  17. Siri is pretty fun. I told my friend's phone to text me how big is your dick and it worked flawlessly
  18. is it on FSC? I don't think Livershit stands a chance tbh
  19. the amount of numbers doesn't matter when you can just keep compounding area codes...
  20. Bears and Packers are playing on Christmas, so who needs the NBA
  21. I always find myself too busy watching the games to post
