We can't contain Dwight, but we weren't supposed to contain any big men last season either, or the year before that. I think we can manage letting a big guy sort of have his way and get away with it.

Its not that I choose not to play it because it costs so much, I just picked up other hobbies that I find more valuable than wasting hours of my life glued to my tv lol....I do get in the zone around October-December when all the games come out, but by February I am back to ignoring it lol. My gold membership ran out like last month and I haven't renewed it. I am just going to buy the three month ones because games can only keep my attention for that long, unless I get really addicted, which hasn't happened since COD4. Only game I am really looking forward to is GTAV. I kind of outgrew the COD obsession. The last 2 I only played for about a month each. I am more into like open world games now, where I can take a break and come back and not feel like an idiot when playing with other people lol

Ill tell you why more people prefer the 360, more people own it, so chances are that you friends will play it. If all my friends had PS3, I would tell XBOX to kiss my ass, but that is not the case. Sometimes I would prefer to pay less to play certain games online rather than pay a full $60 a year for features I never use, I can get by on the ability to play games online and party chat. For example, the only game I have played this year is Skyrim, and there is no multiplayer. I am however paying $60 just to chat to other people while I play Skyrim and I go weeks at a time without actually turning on my xbox. I wish it was more activity based rather than tying yourself down to a time window.

Do Professors ever get fired from a University? I was picking classes and every single teacher I looked at had terrible ratings and everyone saying they failed the class.

Philbin made it seem like Chad was going to get cut regardless of if he had done this or not, which is BS. If he had not gotten arrested, he would be a day 1 starter on this team. Chad does a lot of talking, but he was fully committed to doing what was needed to get better and make the team better, and we just cut him for something that is still under investigation. Not like Chad is completely innocent for what he did to his wife, but he has never done anything bad throughout his career, and its his hometown. We could have shown some sympathy. Now he is getting divorced, his VH1 show got cut (which probably meant he was getting paid), he has no job in the NFL, and the NFL will probably fine him/discipline him on top of that. Kind of just shit on his life even more than what already happened, while other athletes across various sports do much shadier things repeatedly over their careers and don't really see the repercussions. As an organization we are too caught up with what guys do off the field rather than what they can do on the field. That is why we will never advance in our division. The Jets and Patriots would pick up a murderer on their team if he can play the game and give them some talent, while we are looking for angels who can do decent on the field. Not saying we should have a locker room full of divas, but one diva in a locker room full of good people isn't going to kill the image of the team. The first episode, we brought Braylon Edwards in for a workout and Eric Steinbach for the O-Line. They said Braylon looked very good and Eric looked slow. Jeff Ireland took Braylon in and talked about his off the field record and stuff he has done. Clearly concerned about this, we let Braylon walk to Seatlle and we signed Eric Steinach who we thought was slow.

If you watched the first episode, you would know that Chad was already getting under Philbin's skin. Philbin likes to joke around, but Chad was taking it to another level, and he was very unhappy with the way Chad cursed in his first interview. So I am sure Chad knew what was coming if he screwed up again. I personally think he got cut because of the thing he did to his wife and the cloud of negativity he would have over him. He looked pretty good in camp and is probably better than most of our WR's at this point. The press conference thing was no big deal, they just never gave him a chance to prove he changed, thats why I am pissed they cut him.

Hes trying to be like the Heatles lol

I feel like I just broke my leg...I was playing guitar while sitting on my bed and I was there for like an hour and I guess I was cutting off the blood to my leg or something. So I stood up and my left leg had absolutely no function, it was just straight and numb and I tipped over like an idiot lol...I am fine now, but I was shitting myself because I couldn't feel my leg for like 5 minutes.

Damnnnnnnnn, I wanted Chad on the team, he is from Miami and his career is going down hill....this might be it for him.
-
Hes never been arrested though
-
I think it was before....either him or Deshawn Stevenson got a tat of the trophy before they beat us in the Finals..might have been Stevenson.
-
Didn't he do that with the Mavs? He now has another stupid tat of a trophy on his body.

Silly Chad....can't wait for his twitter reaction lol

Michael Phelps Diet Challenge by Furious Pete
SRV replied to YugoRocketsFan's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
If I had money and nothing to do all day, I would love this diet....I barely have enough time in the day to get about 4,000 calories unless I make like 6 burgers. -
What makes a person smart, or smarter than another?
SRV replied to YugoRocketsFan's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
People are only smart when you talk to them about subjects they know and care about....you can have some dude who is a genius at math, but then when you ask him about another subject or about music and movies and all that, he won't have a clue. My brother is in medical school, but he lacks so much common sense that it amazes me, my dad is the same way. As long as you get caught in the right situation and conversation, you can seem smart. Like you said, some people will just ramble useless facts at you, but you might be amazed at that kind of thing. -
Lots of Americans sell out on their country....I read a story about team USA on ESPN and 50% of the comments are people from the USA rooting against their own country because 1. They don't like the fact this team thinks they are better than the 92' team 2. Some people still blatantly hate Lebron or just certain players on the team either way 3. They think the team is full of egotistical/selfish players 4. They hate Obama (which has nothing to do with basketball, but still) I sell out on them in the World Cup for Spain because my parents were raised in Spain and I like the players, but I don't just hope they lose every game possible and I cheer for them in any other game.

How many refrigerators do you have?

Went to Islands of Adventure to check out the Harry Potter thing, looked sick. I have no idea what was up with Orlando this weekend, but it was easily over 100 degrees at all times, everyone was just walking around looking dead and sunburned lol....eventually I got used to the sun, but I stood in lines for like 5 hours total and was on actual rides for maybe 10 minutes total. I don't think I will be able to walk for a few days.

You guys take realism too much into consideration in a movie....I have no idea how he made it to Gotham in less than a day after escaping prison, but would you rather have him escape jail like a week before the blast and then document his journey through the desert as a bum with no equipment? Doesn't make for much of a story....I also thought at the very beginning that Bane said the bomb had a 56 mile radius, in which case the end made no sense for me, but now I read it was 6, so it kind of makes me feel better lol I am not much of a movie critic though, so I was really entertained the whole way through..not as good as the Dark Knight, but this had WAYYYYY more action and just straight combat. The Dark Knight was like 90% tactics and planning and 10% action.

Finally saw it....Anne Hathaway, marry me.
