I used to have the blister problem too, but anymore I never get blisters. However, I've had this pair of basketball shoes for at least four or five years and they continue to cut up the heels. I'm guessing trying a different shoe might do the trick afterall. And no, it's not blisters on the back of my heels. It's actual cuts.

I didn't think this belonged in any of the basketball forums since I'm not a famous basketball player, but I thought I'd ask it here. Anyone else have a problem with their basketball shoes cutting up the back of their heels? I do. I've tried several remedies, and nothing can seem to get it to stop. I always wear double socks, have tried bandaging and taping the back of my heels, but it doesn't stop it. The tape always slips down and the heels still get cut. The only thing I've ever gotten to work is using duct tape, but that eventually just irritates the skin. I tried double socking my feet with duct tape over the sock and that doesn't work very well either. Anyone have any remedies or suggestions that work? Cash is tight right now, so I'd rather not buy a new pair of shoes if I don't have to.

Jim Tressel resigned as the head coach of the Ohio State football program this morning. Luke Fickell will be the head coach for the 2011 football season. He was previously selected to be the interim coach during Tressel's five game suspension.

I wish I would've been able to catch this game, but unfortunately, it wasn't in my coverage area. Judging by the highlights that were shown off and on during the Suns game, the Lakers deserved no part in this one. It looked like they were making stupid mistakes and playing very little defense. Just goes to show how good of a team they are being able to fight back though. Every team has their off days. Or in this case, the Kings were on for a change.

This was one of the most entertaining games! Well, mainly because of all the heated parts. I used to be a huge KG fan, but slowly but surely he has lost most of my respect. Especially his trash talk about cancer patients earlier... and now the nut shot. Keep it going! If nothing else, you give ESPN something to talk about other than SuperBowl.
