Wheel of Time: New Spring by Robert Jordan. I've heard a lot of good things about this book. Its no Harry Potter but from what I read, its a top 3-5 fantasy book. New Spring is the prequel to the first book and so far its pretty good. Anyone know any good 'dark humor' type books?

Like others said before me, Ariza will be looking a lot better with Tracy on the floor IF he brings some of his passing ability from the 07-08 season. I still think he can be a top scoring option...going from a role player to the 'featured' player is huge change. Its going to be a while before he starts feeling comfortable though.

How does the association or season mode work out?

Another great performance last night, 17 points on above 50% shooting. He even got to the line.

vs Kings - 9 points (3-8), 4 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, 3 turnovers in 22 minutes. vs Celtics - 3 points (1-11 yikes!), 4 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block, 1 turnover in 25 minutes. vs Magic - 12 points (4-12), 5 rebounds, 1 turnover in 28 minutes. vs Bucks - 10 points (3-8), 2 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals, 0 turnovers in 29 minutes. Looked better out there last night but he seems to trying to do too much instead of playing within the offense.

We looked sluggish out there. Andersen did great out there, Ariza seems to be improving (Scola was fantastic btw)...but didn't like what I saw out there. I don't see the hype Rockets fans were talking about all summer, we're looking like a bottom feeder. Doesn't really bother me, more losses = better chance at Donatas Motiejunas.
