Azbuike and Monta Ellis are picking apart Minny's defense. Looks like Big Al and Flynn are going to carry them again.

Looks like it will be the same old story for Toronto again this season even after additions BC brought in. It doesn't matter how good of offensive team they are, it means nothing if no one is playing a lick of defense. DeRozan and Belinelli deserve more playing time than Wright.

Its going to be interesting to see how Blair does in his first start playing significant minutes. The complaint about Blair in draft night was that he had 'no knees'. George Hill did a nice job filling in for Tony Parker last season too.

I don't see the problem with having another Laker fan, he's posting in different team forums. Welcome to the site. Good posts so far, hope you stick around.

The team needs a go-to-guy down the stretch and one that isn't so clumsy like Aaron Brooks or Trevor Ariza. I feel most comfortable when the ball is in T-Mac's hands and his playmaking is still elite. Seriously, this is perfect cast for him. Aaron can hit shots from just about anywhere, 70% of Ariza's shots were from assists, Budinger is a great catch and shoot guy, and we've already seen what T-Mac can do with Scola and Landry in 2008. If he can return to his 2008 production I don't see much of a problem, we did go on a 22 game winning streak with him in our starting lineup. And this team has a better cast than 2008. Also nothing wrong with boosting his trade value either.

Link GREAT news! This team has been looking more and more like a playoff team, and getting back one of stars early on will prevent the chemistry issues like last season. His progress has been nothing short of magnificent.

^Mid November so about you got about a week.

We choked down the stretch, seems to happen every time we play the Colts. =/

Greg Oden's good numbers behind limited minutes
Dash replied to Warren2ThaG's topic in Portland Trail Blazers Team Forum
He's pretty clumsy on both ends but whats scary are his per 36 minutes numbers. 12.3 points, 14.7 rebounds, 3.9 blocks. 4.6 turnovers and 7.5 fouls per game. Like Celtics said, he's on the road to becoming a great anchor defensively/rebounding but he won't ever amount to anything offensively. If he had the athletic prowess of Dwight Howard then maybe he could. -
Link Nice, Senate is going to be in a frenzy. I don't mind debating but lets not insult each others opinions and get this locked.

I think its time that Colangelo focused on bringing more defensive minded players to this team. They have the offensive punch to be a great playoff team, what they need is a Raja Bell.

I've been told it was a robbery. I don't know if any shots were fired but it definitely wasn't a shooting. A lot of people (like my friends) started freaking out and called it a shooting. I guess the Fort Hood shooting really got to them, which is understandable. But yeah, everyone was okay.

Shooting at mall in Houston. Just got the text from my friend whose there. This is the third shooting since Fort Hood.

Iverson leaves team for personal reasons

Sounds like he's gone but I wouldn't rule out of the possibility of a family issue. Link -

Link I was one of the many who doubted Hansbrough but he looked solid. Finished the night with 13 points and 5 rebounds. In 13 minutes that is spectacular production.

I bought this game yesterday. I came home and found out my 360 was fried. -_-

Who else watched this back in the day? Simply the best TV show ever.
-
Exactly, this guy is focusing waayy too much on team record. Whatever happened to the guy who did the past few seasons?
-
Tough loss, Villanueva and Stuckey did their thing but Ben Gordan had a rough shooting night. Just about every player for the Magic lit up the Pistons. One good thing that came out of this game was Austin Daye's performance.
-
Guess I was right to feel that way. Bogut destroyed Minny and when Al isn't hitting shots, his lackluster defense is more of a liability. Flynn had a great game but when your next leading scorer is Brewer with 13, its hard to win.
-
Two of the best teams in the league going at it, haha.
-
Like the New York game, Paul will put up big numbers but it won't be enough. Toronto has too many offensive weapons and the Hornets don't have the defense to close them out.

Don't let PB get to you, he always does this, its nothing new. The only brand of idiots, who keep emphasizing Islam in all this is Fox News. Lets not turn this into another religion thread guys. This is a real tragedy.
