Patterson is probably the last player I would look to move (Scola being the first so Pat could start), best power forward behind Ed Davis from last year's draft class imo.

Article also says that the Bucks like Patrick Patterson and Chase Budinger. I wouldn't give up either of those two plus 14 + 23 to move up four spots and get Ilyasova.

Any guesses on who the Spurs would target with that pick? Kemba Walker? Jonas Valanciunas?

In terms of potential superstars, it is terrible but there are a lot of guys in this draft that could make very good role players. Morey apparently really likes this draft and is searching for a third first round pick.

Well if they're going to take a scorer that high it should be Alec Burks or Klay Thompson. I prefer the idea of taking Marcus Morris 9th and then scooping up one of Jordan Hamilton or Marshon Brooks with their next pick though.

Good mock and the I love the comparisons too. The Hamilton pick is a huge reach though and I think he should be available at the 19th pick.

Activity always drops this time of the year but what has me worried is the lockout. If it drags out till say late fall then we're going to struggle but the same can be said about every basketball board out there.

Not if the Magic value the #2 pick more than Bynum. I think it was a few weeks ago that it was reported that the Magic brass have some concerns about Bynum's injury history.

Intense defensive coach, great hire. It makes me wonder if the Raptors will target a top tier defensive player (Vesely? Leonard?) in the draft for Casey to mold.

I think Donatas Motiejunas has been severely underrated in this class. He has all the tools to succeed (left handed shooter, young, size etc) but his development will depend on what team drafts him.

Jonas Valanciunas. Great potential on the defensive end.

Wow I would love for this to happen because not only do the Rockets get their primary target but they also save a few assets by not making a deal (Pistons?) to move up. Regardless of who we take with the 14th pick, if Motiejunas drops all the way here, you got to take him. Motiejunas - Valanciunas would be a GREAT haul. Some mocks in the past have had the Rockets taking Darius Morris with the 23rd pick and apparently the Rockets brass love him so to get him in the 2nd round would be a great value pick.

Good point but I don't think anyone in the front office is all that excited about Thabeet right now. Biyombo is much younger too. Draftexpress mock draft 4.0 That would be great.
