To be honest, I don't see myself being interested much in a Finals series unless Miami is in it so... Mavericks - Heat and hopefully Dirk gets his ring.

One of the reasons why smaller market teams (plus Toronto) are worse off is because of cheap ownership and poor management. Take the Raptors for example, they "lucked" out in the lottery and got the #1 overall pick and they take Andrea Bargnani? The Bucks lucked out in the lottery and got a legitimate all-star center in Andrew Bogut and were unable to put a contender together. The Timberwolves are in the upper half of the lottery every year and make poor use of it every freaking time (except with Kevin Love). The list goes on. Its true that small market teams have a huge disadvantage but we could see more of them in contendership if they were smarter with their draft picks and trades/free agent signings like the Blazers and Thunder.

Who was Will? The name rings a bell but I can't recall anything significant about him. Throwing in Something-To-Say in the conversation. I think he had about 2-3 short stints on OTR and posted on a ton of other boards.

Lebron will always be the better all-around player than Durant (maybe even the best of all-time) but that doesn't automatically mean he'll be the better overall player. I.E. Iguodala might be the 2nd best all-around player in the league and I don't think he's even a top 15 player. It depends largely on how Durant excels as a scorer in his prime and if he can develop a defensive game, which I think he definitely can especially with the defenders on his squad already. Anyways that is my 2 cents. FWIW I have found myself to be defending Lebron quite a lot this season and I do agree that Durant has been overrated like crap this year too (don't think he's a top 5-8 player just yet).

I still think Durant has the potential to be a better player than Lebron (the same can be said about Blake Griffin and Dwight). Not many people thought Lebron would ever make much of a defensive player early in his career but he turned out to be one of the better defenders at his position.

Watching some shoot free throws is hardly any more entertaining, I usually flip the channel whenever I heard the whistle go off, which tends to happen a lot these days. No one is saying that the fouling should go that far but how exactly is it a foul when someone drives in and initiates the contact with a big man that is standing with his hands in the air? Blow the whistle when there is an actual foul. This is coming from a Rockets fan and our best player is someone who practically lives at the line.

LKR and AL pretty much summed it up. Mid 2000's Spurs and Pistons could execute a play to perfection while playing some of the best defense in the history of the game, it was amazing to watch although it did bore a lot of people.

Fixed. Oh and I'd much rather watch the spin and then hook shot but then again I enjoyed watching the Spurs play in their prime and the Spurs/Pistons Finals is one of my all-time favorites.

Looking at the playoff bracket right now, I'm beginning to hope that Dwight does decide to team up with Deron Williams or gets traded to the Lakers. I'd much rather watch 2 teams dominate the league instead of just 1.

He disappeared (like the rest of the Celtics) when Miami went on that 14-0 run. I would rather have a floor general like Rondo on the court at that point. Miami would have most likely still won the game though. Orlando has depleted all their assets, there honestly isn't much they can do to upgrade the team now. Jason Richardson is also a free agent and I'm not sure if he is going to resign. Chicago is the only other threat, Celtics have a good shot at beating them but it depends on what both teams do in the offseason.

Terrific game for Lebron. Yep they looked done to me too. Not to make excuses but they were playing the 4th quarter without their point guard and center. Regardless the big three is no longer a "big three". I think they can make the Conference Finals next year with a healthy Rondo and if they can sign a legitimate starting center.
