Report: Spurs to sign McDyess for three years

Hoopsworld.com is reporting that the Spurs and Antonio McDyess have agreed to a three-year deal.

Once the Spurs ink McDyess, they will have completed a fantastic offseason after acquiring Richard Jefferson, and drafting DeJuan Blair and Jack McClinton. McDyess should start at PF, joining Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili/Michael Finley, Jefferson and Tim Duncan in the starting five. The Spurs are back. Jul. 8 - 8:41 am et

Cavs fans are not gonna like that we still haven't signed anyone. Huge signing. We must resign Joe Smith now. The Spurs have Dice, the Celtics have Sheed, and we need to match that with a versatile shooting forward/center veteran in Smith.

3 years, wow! Does that mean no Davis?

McDyess is a better fit on the Spurs than Davis anyway.

Crazy, I remember how dominant he used to be, but he's still a solid role player now something the Spurs love.
