The Bulls and Wizards winning top picks out of no where is complete crap.There was a 75% chance the Nets wouldn't win the 1st overall pick. Rarely does the very worst team in the league have the honors of selecting first. It's called a lottery for a reason, and the ping pong balls bounced our way. If you truly think the lottery is rigged and the league somehow wants us selecting Wall, then go complain to David Stern. Why he is NBA commissioner i will never know, it's like the guy knows nothing about basketball but is the commissioner.. makes no sense.
