Kareem is not a PF, West is not a SF, so they were left out (Kareem's best years were in Milwaukee, statistically, and he wasn't in his prime when he won three of his five rings in LA). Basically, it's more of you asking, "Who is the greatest PG in Sixers history?" Most would say Mo Cheeks, because quite frankly, Allen Iverson has played the majority of his career at the SG, and he's widely considered one of the greatest two-guards of our time. I hope you guys enjoy these.
