Do the Thunder have the defensive frontcourt of the future?

Kendrick Perkins has been an elite post defender for years but is still fairly young and definitely can continue to improve the way he has the past few years in Boston. Serge Ibaka has become an intimidating blocker in the post this season and since the All-Star break he's averaging a whopping 3 blocks per game, its hard to imagine anyone getting to the rack at ease once he polishes his game up some more especially when you consider that Perkins is right there behind him.

If Cole Aldrich could live up to his potential defensively then the Thunder are going to have one hell of a rotation and could easily have one of the strongest defensive front courts in recent memory.

Thoughts?

Well you said it all. As soon as I saw the topic title, I was right away going to talk about Perkins and Ibaka. Great defense from both players. Don't forget about Westbrook who is one of the best defensive point guard in the league. They definitely have the best defensive team AND front court in the future

its too early to tell but i think cole is a dud i always hoped he would turn into a mark eaton but i dont see it happening, i think his maturity level is not quite there yet and what iv read he isnt much of a worker, but that can all change of course
