Why do we need this game more then anything? We are only down 1-0 on the road and now possibly without Billups, if anything this would be the game the Knicks could afford to lose as long as Billups is healthy for Friday.

Usually when a team goes down 2-0 in a series, it's hard to come back. Just saying

Knicks need this game more than anything. I doubt the Celtics are gonna do that much after the first round anyways, they've been hovering around .500 ever since the Perkins trade

Did you not watch the playoffs last year? Boston Hovered around .500 after ASW going into the post season as well yet they still made a run to the finals and came within 4 points of beating LA IN LA. Regular season is thrown out the window come playoff time.

Anyways, should be interesting to see how Douglas does in place of Billups as he played real well in Game 1. Hopefully we get the W and a 2-0 lead heading to MSG.

Chauncey Billups officially out on Tuesday

Chauncey Billups (knee) is officially out for Tuesday's Game 2 against Boston.

Billups' left knee strain is improving, but he was never close to playing in this one. The Knicks are optimistic he can play in Game 3 on Friday and have listed him as day-to-day. Toney Douglas averaged 13.9 points and 5.7 assists in nine starts this season.

Shaq's return a mystery, can't run on leg

Shaquille O'Neal has not been practicing in any form, as he is not able to run on his bum right leg, which is bothered by calf and achilles issues.

He suffered the calf injury on April 3 and was wheelchaired out of the arena that night. Despite supposedly "walking without a limp" a few days ago, and the calf injury not believed to be "serious," the fact he's not able to run is not a good sign. Maybe he'll be back by the end of the first round, but we're not holding our breath.

Back spasms? I hate that injury, so random and uncontrollable. Nomar mentioned something special to pull this one out, Melo is one pace for 32 20 and 8, that's pretty special . Hopefully Melo can return in the 4th..

You mean the one on KG?

uhhh to be honest I don't remember who it was called on.. Bill Walker drove hard, slammed into a guy who was flat footed and set for the charge for like 3 full seconds lmao.. might have been Jeff Green iirc

They said all 12 of Rondo's fg's have been in the paint, that is just ridiculous and unheard of. The Celts are struggling to stop one guy from scoring, lmao.

Edit: One Rondo finally hits a shot outside the paint.
