This is a [expletive]ing joke if Orlando takes this deal. Brook Lopez, Amon Johnson, Luke Walton, Damien James + 3 1st lower rd picks is that really the [expletive]ing best you could do for [expletive]ing Dwight Howard a top 5 player in this league.

That's what happens when your superstar demands to be traded to a certain team and says he won't sign an extension with anyone but that team.

They signed Crawford and Billups so i don't know why they would go after Brooks.

Why wouldn't they? He's much younger than Crawford and they lost/got rid of Nick Young. He's still on his rookie contract as well.

Yeah all that is true but I feel why bring him in when you already have 4 guard positions set. I think they are better off spending their pick or cap on a big.

According to sources the Nets would receive Howard, Jason Richardson, Chris Duhon and Earl Clark in the proposed deal. The Magic would get Brook Lopez in a sign-and-trade, Luke Walton, Damian James, Sheldon Williams, Armon Johnson and three first-round picks -- two from the Nets and a lottery protected first from the Clippers. The Cavs would get Kris Humphries in a sign-and-trade, Quentin Richardson, Sundiata Gaines, a first round pick from the Nets and three million in cash. The Clippers would receive MarShon Brooks.

So...

Nets get Dwight Howard, Jason Richardson, Earl Clark and Chris Duhon.

Magic get Brook Lopez (S&T), Damian James, Sheldon Williams, Armon Johnson, Luke Walton, and three first-rounders (two from BKN and lottery-protected from LAC).

Cavaliers get Kris Humphries (S&T), Quentin Richardson, Sundiata Gaines, a first-rounder from the Nets, and cash.

Clippers receive MarShon Brooks.

EDIT: Okay HUTCH, lol.

Orlando fans are pissed off, hahaha damn. Some are on suicide watch over at that True Blue Nation site.

They want Bynum, bad. Didn't hear them wanting Drew last summer, though.

 My bad RD, if it helps, yours is 10x easier to read and understand, lol.

But yeah this trade is crazy. Everyone wins except the team that starts with the best player, haha.

Brooklyn gets Dwight and J-Rich.

Cavs get Humphries, Q-Rich, 1st round pick, $3 million. All for Luke Walton, lol.

Clippers get Brooks for just a lottery protected pick.

Magic get Lopez and...well yeah, Lopez.

Word is that Brook Lopez is going to get a max deal, also.

What a dumb trade for the Magic.

You're joking, right?

Wow.. is Shaq the GM for Orlando?

Otis Smith even worse

if Shaq was a GM I guarantee he would orchestrate a trade where he would get 2 superstars in return along with multiple 1st round draft picks that would be unprotected.

Shaq was a police officer, NBA player, sheriff, actor, rapper, GM, motivator, mentor and a father

Those first-rounders from Brooklyn are going to be late firsts, and just two of them. The Clippers' pick will also be in the 20's.

So, when the dust clears, you're essentially trading Howard for Brook Lopez' max contract and a stack of players you may not have (or that may not be in your rotation) 2-3 years from now.

The fact that Orlando refuses to take Marshon Brooks is flat out laughable Magic fans need to start a petition to get this dude fired ASAP. Bynum as someone stated in this thread is better then all that piece of shit Orlando is receiving in this deal.
