The Blazers have horrible luck

I don't think we've got many Blazers fans but last night in the game against the Clippers LaMarcus Aldridge sprained his ankle and left the game. Now he is Day-to-Day.

The current list of injured players looks like this: Oden, Pryzbilla, Batum, Outlaw, Aldridge, Fernandez. Their coach also got injured while practicing with the team.

So, with Roy carrying the load night in and night out how many wins will it take for him to be put into serious MVP talks?

Warriors have had just as many injuries.

Brandan Wright, Raja Bell, and Kelenna Azubuike are done for the season. Biedrins and Turiaf have only played five games this season. Maggette's even missed some games. Combined, the Warriors have missed over 100 games due to injures.

Don Nelson missed some games also due to pneumonia.

But Portland is somehow still managing to win games. That's not the case with Golden State.

You can't not include him in MVP talks. There's still a long way to go though, and his inability to accept working off Andre Miller hurts him some in the eyes of the media. But the league notices Roy's greatness.
