Arroyo is pretty horrible, but he could be a solid role player for Boston. He played too many minutes in Miami. I think he played like 25? Did he start as well down there? He's really a pretty poor 3 pt shooter..his percentage was probably pretty good consider he was wide open in Miami.

Amazing NBA Point Guard Video Essay (A Must-View)
JYD replied to Erick Blasco's topic in General NBA Discussion
First of all, what credibility does this "Coach Nick" have? Lol. He's an alright analyst, raises some good points, but who is he? I mean, I could make a video like this too... It was pretty good overall, I enjoyed it and thanks for the share. I agree with pretty much everything the guy said. The one thing that got pretty annoying was the... "he can hit the man right in the numbers with a pass." What NBA PG can't do that? I can do that as a PG when I play with people in 5 on 5 pick up full court games at my courts down the street LOL. -

Charlie Sheen Interview From Good Morning America

Yeah if you want to be serious in a debate about this, you're right on point. I mean, I was kind of being sarcastic with the whole thing. I find him pretty hilarious because he's a TV figure to me. I don't follow him as a role model, so what he's doing I find to be hilarious. The only part I'd disagree with is that he's very replaceable. He's definitely not on Two and a half men. That show would not be the same if Charlie and his role and character were not in the show. -
I'd have to disagree. He doesn't impress me that much. I like the tempo he plays at, and he plays more like a Sr than a Fr, I agree with the fact he's pretty damn polished as a Fr but I don't think he's as good as advertised. His shot seems rather inconsistent, his ball handling isn't that great as he tends to have his head down a lot of the times he's trying to take it to the hoop. He's a good player, don't get me wrong, but he's absolutely over-hyped.
-
That is about accurate...His dribbling isn't all that great, and he isn't that fast...but he is very smooth. Reminds me a little of James Harden when I say "smooth." Just an all-round SOLID game, but he doesn't jump out as me as a real exciting talent like many analysts and people thought they were getting at UNC.

Righttt

Fair enough. But for a 7' Center 8 rebounds is still not very good. He needs to be a 20/10 guy.

can't believe we lost this game im [expletive]ing hammered right now and am still in disbelief. oh well miami [expletive]ing lost so that's good
-
I'd be shocked if the Knicks lost this one. Coming out, knowing they have got to win these games down the stretch against poorer teams, they can't lose three times this year to CLE either, can they? LOL.

Horford's better for the reason Guru stated. If Lopez could give you 9 or 10 RPG then he'd be better, but I rather have Horford because of what he can give you on the glass.
-
Lol. He's probably the most overrated player in the NBA.
-
I agree that it should not be blown out of proportion but I loved when Chris Broussard reported right after the ASB that "You'll see a MUCH MORE FOCUSED LeBron the second half of the season..." Lol, Ok, looks like the same LBJ I've seen for 7 years...
-
I've watched him play a few times now, and although he's pretty smooth, I find him very overrated.

Charlie Sheen Interview From Good Morning America
JYD replied to MainEv3nt's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
Let's be honest, Charlie Sheen made the show^....Lol come on now...You can't replace him and expect it to be the same level of hilarity. -
I try to be as unbiased as I can at all times. I hate people who come on forums and are just on their favorite team's dick and hate on everything their rival does... So, anyway, I am saying the Heat. Whenever you have a big three like that, I like them down the stretch. When Miller is hitting, and Jones, and the acquisition of Bibby should help a lot, I think they are the most 'dangerous' for sure. The best overall team? Ehh.. But I would not have to play LeBron and Wade is a 7 game series. No thanks.

Death is for amateurs. -
Haha yeah true... I was so unimpressed by CP3 last night. I know his team in general is pretty poor around him outside of D-West...but man, he just isn't as good as Rose and D Williams IMO. TD23 totally dominated him.
-
Jeffries was OK tonight. Let's not overstate him here. He came up with a few loose balls, I did see him boxing out, and to his credit was real nice to see LOL, but he does still have butter fingers and is so wack on the offensive end. Anthony Carter has been real impressive. That dude can play some D. Just when we thought Brewer may be the X factor in the deal, it seems Carter has played that role so far. Great win for the Knicks. We need to do the same thing to the Cavs Friday. No more let downs from here on out!

Charlie Sheen Interview From Good Morning America
JYD replied to MainEv3nt's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
Yeah. Still think the best one was on the "Today" Show. You can watch in on MSNBC.com, and probably on youtube by now. But Charlie Sheen is winning. All you need to know. -
Solid effort so far. Very solid defensively. By no means great, but acceptable. Jeffries gave us a decent five minutes. Carter is very impressive on the defensive end and in orchaestrating ball movement. Douglas is maintaining his agressiveness and looking good as well. Overall, nice effort so far. Melo has been nice offensively, and STAT as well. Should be a W if they can keep it up for another 24 minutes.

This next strech of 5 games the Knicks need to win 4 of 5, or at least 3 of 5.
