Ross is good. You have to take him for what he is though. He's not going to hit you with great lyrics or anything. His ear for beats is great though. Check out his verse on the song Ambition on Wale's album. Pretty damn good man.
  3. The roster is fine man...What's wrong with the roster? It includes plenty of talent. How was their defense tonight? 29 first half points not good enough for you?
  4. Overpriced? Yes. Ugly? Eh, Idk, I like a lot of them.
  5. Great win. Losing Baron Davis could prove to be huge; I know he's out tomorrow vs. Indiana. Hopefully he's back quickly though. Like you said ^, he's starting to play well. Knicks are playing much better D the last two games. And getting out to huge leads in the 1st qtr. That's the key. They can then utilize that deep bench to pounce on the team and get up by an insurmountable margin.
  6. I live only about 25 mins from Lehigh...was thinkin about going there just to party lol but that shit cray. McCollum is an unreal player though, best player on the court tonight... Like I said all year Duke was overrated...not a vintage Duke team at all. Didn't play good defense, didn't shoot free throws well, and just weren't that good.
  7. no not really but do you have any outlets near your house? there's a sick nike outlet like 20-25 mins from me, they have so many t-shirts and basketball shorts it's insane. Everything is way cheaper than Nike's actual site. Got that Jordan Melo State of Mind Shirt for like 10 bucks lol
  8. I could throw out 4 random teams, too. It's all a guess and I'm sure we will all get it wrong.
  9. Well, my point was he is what the Giants needed. a better athlete at TE (compared to ballard) who should get open with the best WR duo in the league in Nicks & Cruz.
  10. those are the Westbrooks man....I tried those on ^^ if your foot is narrow they're perfect. they've gotten good reviews. i think they are one of the better deals out there man. the hyperdunks are awesome. had them about a month now and have played about 8-9 times since then (only use them indoors don't want to ruin them lmao) but i love them.
  11. Uh huh sure yeah keep acting like you know what you're talking about bruh. Keep drinking your Miami Heat Kool Aid
  12. Lol Ok. Bennett is a good player, underrated. Sorry Dallas has an incompetent coaching staff...
  13. W/ Loss of Fab Melo I couldn't pick CUSE...I think they will make at least the sweet16, prob elite8 though. my final four: UK, Ohio St, Kansas, Mizzou UK v. Kansas in the final. UK the 2012 national champion.
  14. Man, I think tonight was more about the Blazers being in complete turmoil than the Knicks turning a corner or getting a key win. It was nice to stop the losing streak...but I don't think anything Woodson did was the cause of it. Even if MDA coached tonight, pretty sure Knicks would've had a hard time losing. Blazers were AWFUL in the 1st half from the field, and by then it was over.
  15. The team outside of Carmelo, and arguably Stoudemire is fine. When they won 8 out of 10 or whatever it was it wasn't Mike D's or the roster's fault then, was it? SMH. I still like D'Antoni as a coach and he seems like a good guy. I loved his press conferences, always funny and he had some god damn personality which is hard to find in coaches these days. IMO it pretty much had to be done. It was Melo or MDA...And, we all know Melo and his 83 million they owe him is what is going to stay.
  16. Bennett would be a great pick up. Under utilzied in Dallas and an incredible talent. He had some good games against us. Nice to have a good athlete at TE with the uncertainty of Beckum/Ballard. No way I'd take a HB rd 1 unless it was like a can't miss guy in the top 10 like an AP28 or someone of that caliber. I mean, look at Reggie Bush...it can definitely be a big risk.
  17. i haven't gotten it yet. every link either takes forever to download or the site is down (datpiff for example) ill just wait for tomorrow. flash you better not be [expletive]ing around!
  18. praying it's like kush & orange juice
  19. Wow, has Bogut played much this year??
  20. Some of the replies in this thread have me scratching my head. From comments like "cut J.R. Smith" and you'd hire "JVG again"...Lol... You do realize J.R. Smith has played 10 games, and Jeff Van Gundy would NEVER take this job. Lmao. And Marbury was a very good player, Fish you are underrating him. Selfish? Yes. But there was a time he was one of the better players in the NBA.
  21. Lol, all of that is ideal. Although idk why you have to trade Lin if you keep Carmelo because you still need a PG and Lin is proven to me he deserves a starting spot in the NBA. I think the Knicks biggest mistake was going after Anthony. Should've went for CP3 or Deron Williams instead of Melo. SMH.
  22. McKenzie got cut I think. Dielh is pretty good too, Baas came around towards the end when he finally got healthy. Giants will be good against next year (barring injuries). They really were better than a 9-7 team they just hit a rough patch, and then turned it around obviously the last month of the season. I expect a 10-6, 11-5 year next year. Don't see a repeat, but I think they'll be a fun team to watch. Interested to see how the draft and go about F.A.
  23. No one said he was a superstar. He was playing the best basketball for about 10 days of anyone in the NBA, but never was he a superstar, lol. Once people learned how to defend him and he played better teams, he came down to earth. In this system he can still be a sold 15/7 guy though which is fine (and limit the turnovers)... Secondly, I think your plan isn't bad. The only thing I see no way in hell Phil Jackson comes out of retirement to step into this mess.
  24. Yeah I'm sure they'll take a guy between rounds 4-7 but my point was you need to go after those four or five positions before you consider a RB. If you get younger at OL it won't matter who is playing RB.
  25. RB is of no concern to me to be honest. They'll plug the holes. DaRel Scott also has a lot of talent, don't count him out... OL has to get younger, that will help the run game a lot. You can find a solid RB in F.A. and/or later in draft. Look at Jacobs/Bradshaw (found in the 4th/7th round).. I would never draft a RB in the first or second round, generally.... The position is too risky injury wise and guys mostly don't make it past 30. I rather have a young 1-2-3 year in the league guy that I can find in F.A. or a rookie in the draft. So many talented guys out there waiting for the right opportunity.
