You are possibly one of the dumbest people on this site. First off, mostly adults are doing P90X, not kids. Plus, I'm your age, so if that was an indirect insult towards me putting too much faith in P90X then you're a dumbass. Not everyone's goal is to be some giant weight lifter who can bench 300 pounds, some people want to have a nice lean athletic body. P90X has weight lifting and cardio mixed, I fail to see how that is worse than just "really hitting" some weights.
