  1. Gooden for 5 years? Seems more like a 2 or 3 year player to me...
  2. The schedule has you doing Ab Ripper X every other day anyway so you should try the program out.
  3. You really think Kobe, who will be 32 by the start of next season, is currently in his prime? Is he really the same Kobe during his mid 20s where he was quicker and more athletic? Kobe is still the best player in the league, but there is absolutely no denying that he is declining due to age.
  4. Look at defense back then and look at it now... It was much easier for Wilt to muscle his way and easily dominate the paint. It was almost a joke watching Wilt score. He was not the most skilled scorer, he was the tallest ball hog.
  5. Yoga tomorrow (well today technically)... I'm actually looking forward to it. It's time consuming, yeah, but damn it's the most natural high you could ever have. I feel so good when I'm done despite all the sweat.
  6. It doesn't matter? How about Wilt was by far the tallest guys in the league and just had to hang around the basket and pop in dunks and layups for all of his points? Jordan's career high was earned through drives to the basket, difficult shots, etc etc. You can't possibly criticize Jordan for not getting close to that...
  7. My college friends and I would [expletive] around on this a lot, but after realizing that about 85% of it is just dudes jacking off, I stopped looking at it. Plus, it makes all the girls on it seem WAY better looking than they really are because of how rare it is to see one lol.
  8. Hell no haha, the render has no effect on it whatsoever like the cover guys usually have.
  9. I wouldn't think he'd be bigger. Lebron, Wade, and Bosh are all young players to build a franchise around, while Kobe is much past his prime. Kobe would be one of the top 4 options to sign, but I could only see a team trying to win it all within the next 2 seasons to pursue him.
  10. Ah damn, I was gonna have a lot of fun with that feature.
  11. I can't view my own profile, it tells me I have to link my facebook...
  12. What makes you say John Wall is overhyped? He hasn't stepped on the court yet, therefore has not had the opportunity to fulfill his expectations. You can't already say he's overhyped just because he IS hyped...
  13. Lol I'm guessing there's no key for us to look at for picking out the hex color code we want?
  14. I'm trying to figure this out as well.
  15. Ahh my favorite workout is today, shoulders and arms. I'll be doing that pretty soon. Plyo X was a breeze yesterday, definitely a lot easier the second time around.
  16. And Pierce, don't forget that. I actually considered the hypothetical Bulls roster provided by RD to be the second most fearsome behind the Heat.
  17. Lol well he's definitely something to look forward to, but the league would be dominated by those teams for years to come. We might lose Howard? I hope not, he's definitely expressed interest in returning to us and doesn't mind coming back for a lower price. But yes, once Arenas is off our hands, things will look brighter in DC.
  18. I wouldn't laugh, personally. But I would hate life.
  19. Anyone who is a fan of a team that has the chance to land Lebron. Jealousy is resulting in pointing fingers, but Jay-Z is doing nothing wrong.
  20. PG: John Wall/Kirk Hinrich SG: Gilbert Arenas/Nick Young SF: Josh Childress?/Al Thornton PF: Andray Blatche/Yi Jianlian/Kevin Seraphin/Trevor Booker C: JaVale McGee/Hamady Ndiaye Needs: A more experienced center. I don't trust McGee to start as center, he seems to serve more as an energy player to come off the bench and get a few highlight dunks/blocks to help out our team's momentum. It is still possible that we may resign Josh Howard for a lower price than his team option has him earning. With this happening, I think we should still make a push for Childress, who has proven to be a great sixth man in this league. This would then allow us to trade away Gilbert packed with Thornton to the Magic to acquire Vince Carter and Marcin Gortat. VC would be a better compliment to Wall than Gilbert. He isn't the BEST acquisition, but I think he could flourish in an offense lead by John Wall. Acquiring Gortat in this trade gives us a big veteran center to start over McGee and can provide athleticism and defense. To me, the lineup below seems much more promising than the one above: PG: John Wall/Kirk Hinrich SG: Vince Carter/Nick Young SF: Josh Howard/Josh Childress PF: Andray Blatche/Yi Jianlian/Kevin Seraphin/Trevor Booker C: Marcin Gortat/JaVale McGee/Hamady Ndiaye Countless rumors have been made about Gilbert being shipped to Orlando for Vince Carter and possibly Gortat, so this hypothetical lineup is realistic. I'd be very happy if we were able to start the season off with a roster like this.
  21. One could argue it is tampering, but it isn't. Even though it's obvious Jay-Z is trying to lure Lebron, who's to say they aren't just enjoying their time together as friends?
  22. You started your post as if you would prefer the Nets and then you changed your mind... Anyway, I'd take the Nets. That team is just so complete, and Terrence Williams is still a great shooting guard with a tremendous upside.
