    I just got this game today and haven't stopped playing it. It's literally Need for Speed Underground combined with Mario Kart. It is graphically amazing and the gameplay is flawless because it plays pretty realistically with the added fun of power ups. If anyone likes racing games at all, I highly recommend this game. I can't say one bad thing about it.

  4. Yeah man I'm glad I got someone else on the same day as me. I'm not sure what the protein is called but any good brand of bucket protein should suffice a great recovery drink. And yeah, Plyo X is definitely one you do NOT want to eat before haha. The difficulty wasn't too bad, but my god did I sweat a lot. I mean everywhere, the floor was even kinda wet just from me hoppin around. I can't wait for Shoulders and Arms tomorrow though with the killer Ab Ripper right after.

  8. Protein... lol. Got a bucket of it in my house. Just put the necessary serving size in, add a lot of ice, little bit of sugar, then a fruit of your choice. Day one I used a whole banana, day two I used strawberries. Not sure what I'm gonna do for day three tomorrow lol.

  11. Yeah my own. Protein, a little sugar, and fruit all blended together. Tastes amazing.
  12. Is that a bad thing? Pondexter is expected to be a role player, not a top scorer superstar. Saying he won't be as good as Melo isn't an insult to his game, he is a great player and should have decent success in the NBA.

  14. While I appreciate the agreement, that's a horrible way to compare him. Pondexter is a swingman, and you're comparing him with top big men in the league... obviously big men don't need an outside game because of their inside game. Pondexter needs a good outside game to be a great player. Without it, he is just an all around decent player.

  16. I'm not really following the nutrition guide, I'm just eating healthier in general. I have a really good metabolism so the diet isn't as crucial to me. I just make sure I get a good amount of protein per day and avoid really fatty foods. Your schedule sounds pretty good in my opinion.

  19. Umm... would you like add to that? He doesn't necessarily need an outside game to be effective. Hell, John Wall and Evan Turner's outside games aren't great, but they're good players. Pondexter can do a lot more that takes away from his necessity to knock down 3s.
  20. Why not? It's a suggestion, it belongs here. Anyway, I'm sure RD will get to it eventually, he's been busy with a lot of other stuff lately. Be patient, I'm sure they'll be up befefore next season starts lol.
  21. Just continue, but get that pullup bar ASAP. You repeat the first week 3 times, which means you'll be seeing Chest and Back a couple more times so you didn't really lose anything. Missing just part of one workout won't kill ya.
  22. So you only did the pushups/dumbbell stuff? You should definitely get a pullup bar though if you want legit back results. I believe at least 2 of the workouts use the pullup bar.
