My idea would be to retire the dunk contest because it sucks now since everything has been done already. Just my 2 cents.

This was probably the only non disappointing event in the entire all star weekend. I'm glad Nash did well in this, but still doesn't make up for the worst all star weekend ever. I don't even care much for the actual game at this point...

My advice would be to hold out on any Wizard banners until after the trade deadline, just because we have no idea who's staying and who's going.

All that is saying is that they aren't instigating any offers that include Beasley. That isn't saying Beasley isn't available. If the right deal comes along, he could be gone.

By far the worst dunk contest in history. The dunk contest days are over. Bring back Dwight, put in Lebron, and you MIGHT have a fun contest to watch.

Lebron is the best in game dunker... by far. Josh Smith is second. Shannon Brown is probably in the top 5 somewhere.

Didn't mean anything personal by it, I just hate when people call a game like GOW2, which is by far my favorite game of all time, garbage.

Most of the cheap glitches have been fixed. Gears of War 1 was bombarded with the crab walk glitch that completely ruined the game because it was never patched. It allowed you to move at top speed while shooting any gun zoomed in or not. GOW2 fixed most of these types of problems though.

Wait, the update is saying Butler, Haywood, and Deshawn for Howard and Gooden. That's WAY worse of a trade for us...

That's the best we could do? I have no idea why the Houston trade never went down... but whatever. This will provide much needed cap relief for the offseason, but it will be very sad to see Butler go.

I never have connection problems and have a fairly decent connection. Plus the patch removed most lag problems that people had. Right now the game is fine.

The Gears of War series is considered one of the best shooter game sagas ever. When people refer to the game as "garbage", in other words unplayable or just not worth anyone's time is just ridiculous. There has never been a more unique and original shooter game than Gears of War 1 and 2.

Um... that's never happened to me. The only people who complain about the game are those who suck. I can only assume you fall in that category of people.

I used to play it, played it a LOT actually and was world ranked at one point. I got pretty damn good but so many other games came out that I just lost interest in it. In the end I just started to dick around with friends online and not try as much.

They should just reduce the number of components in this trade. A Butler for Ray trade would suffice, because the Butler AND Jamison trade just seems so unrealistic and I don't know how minutes would be managed with them.

That's exactly what I was thinking. You have Garnett and Perkins getting starter minutes with Wallace as both the backup center and power forward. Where are the minutes for Jamison? If there are any, they are very limited. I'd be shocked if an all star caliber player like Jamison got over 25 minutes per game on the Celtics. This trade increases the talent for the Celtics on paper, but is a chemistry murderer for them. With there already apparently being some locker room arguments, I can't imagine the feuding that would occur between players who are unsatisfied with their playing time.

Oh my god, I can't possibly think of a trade that could be worse than this for us. If we're going to trade for salary comfort, I want at least a mid to high draft pick and/or young talent to go along with it, not just an expiring wash up with a few extra expirings on the side. If this happens I may have to take a long break from watching Wizards basketball.
