  1. Oh I never knew that haha. Learn something new everyday.
  2. Definitely worth reading. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/01/23/AR2010012302938.html --- Antawn is by far the hardest worker on our current roster, and has stepped up as our captain and leader despite everything we have gone through. Him and Abe had a very close friendship, and his death hit him hard. Combining that with the Gilbert Arenas situation which is killing the team's chemistry, it's amazing he's still able to come out every night with the same motivation and put up numbers the way he does. In my books, he's an all star.
  3. You think the Cavs minus Lebron have more talent than the full Suns roster when they had Shaq? I'd have to disagree with that...
  4. Holy [expletive] hahaha that's just disgraceful.
  5. Because Flip is an idiot and has yet to realize that he is the second best shot alterer on our team next to Haywood. Wouldn't have made a difference though, they out-hustled us pretty badly. The effort just wasn't there tonight.
  6. I'm predicting 6 wins for the season. Don't know why, I just have a strong hunch.
  7. Down by 9 in the second and we're looking sloppy as hell.
  8. I don't have a problem with it. It gives a lot of talented players who aren't quite NBA quality players to still play after college without having to go overseas. Sure it sounds racist on paper, but I'm fine with it and I'm not at all racist.
  9. So I guess the voting is done... within an hour.
  10. Lol for some reason I think it's really obvious who made these just based on their consistent styles in the past. But yeah, 3rd one gets my vote easily.
  11. lol that says enough right there. He will never be an all star caliber player. He is merely an average role player who is playing as a higher option on his team.
  12. Strange, must be a computer problem. Could you post the one for the Wizards? I'm sure we're in the bottom two or three haha, I'm just curious what the comments are.
  13. While that's true, it doesn't disprove this topic's statement. The Cavs would be one of the bottom teams in the league without Lebron, as would the Mavs without Dirk, as would the Heat without Wade, etc.
  14. Well that's great for your brother, but that doesn't apply to everybody. It's common sense. Fans, both casual and diehard, are more likely to tune in if the matchup is exciting with big name players being put against each other. What could be better than a Favre/Manning matchup right now?
  15. He's a very loyal player and has spent his entire career here, I'm sure he'll be willing to negotiate a lower contract this offseason to stay here.
  16. Well of course it's going to get big ratings, but saying the matchup has no influence in the viewer turnout is pretty ridiculous. A Favre/Manning matchup would definitely increase the viewer count as opposed to a Jets matchup.
  17. There are plenty of teams who can still perform well without their best player (Rockets are the best example). But in this case, Lebron is the one exception. Their entire offense runs through him, so you take him off, the Cavs are a bottom 5 team at best.
  18. All-Time: Deshawn Stevenson Javaris Crittenton Oleksiy Pecherov Andray Blatche and of course... Kwame [expletive]ing Browne
  19. LOL not sure why I made that post or what it's really saying, but thanks for the welcome backs guys.
