I think my max was around 205-210, I can't remember. I took weight lifting classes junior and senior years of high school and after I graduated, I haven't benched since. I was able to rep 175-180 between 5-7 times I believe. Now though...my max is probably about 170 if not lower. I miss lifting.

All the time. I have some pretty good conversations with myself, emailing back and forth. Though sometimes, it takes the dude a day or two to email me back...very weird as I email back instantly. I've emailed myself all my super top secrets too. Yeah, I email myself to help me remember things. I'll also text message my email reminders all the time, like if I'm at work or at the store and I want to remember to do something when I get home, I send a text message (as I check my email very very often) and it never fails.

So wait... Portland owns Milwaukee by 26 points. Milwaukee kicks LA's butts by 19 points. That must mean....... Portland beats the Lakers by at least 7 points! Oh man, I LOVE my logic!!! No really, wow. Very surprising win by the Bucks, especially after playing terrible against Portland last night. I thought they were going to get walked all over by the Lakers but damn, they put up an amazing fight and were able to win against the champs in their house. Big props to the Bucks for stepping up. Very impressive win.

The only thought that comes to mind when seeing plays like this from Griffin, is that he's a freak of nature. The dude is insane. Definitely a gem right here.

I don't think anyone was underestimating the impact Miller was going to have on the Heat, though this is a huge key addition to their team now that they have a consistent three point threat who can also drive the ball in himself. Nothing against James Jones, Eddie House, or Carlos Arroyo, they can shoot the three, just no where near Miller.

He's actually been playing a lot more off the bench the past 5-10 games or so and I must say, I'm very impressed with him. As much as I like Armon Johnson, if Patty is going to be playing like this, he definitely needs more time. He's got a better jumper than Johnson, is quicker, and meshes better with the team (probably because he's been with the team longer). I'm really liking Patty Mills.

LaMarcus has really stepped up these past couple of games and tonight poured in 29 points and 19 rebounds. LaMarcus is 1 rebound shy of a 20/20 game with 28 and 19 right now with almost 3 mins to go. I really hope he gets that last rebound, it'd be a great accomplishment for him.
