Rescue for Chilean miners begins soon.
Dr. Feelgood replied to Force's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
All 33 miners are now up. This has been amazing, I've been watching a lot of it today on CNN. These 33 guys are simply amazing. No words can describe what happened today. -
Rescue for Chilean miners begins soon.
Dr. Feelgood replied to Force's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
Yeah, this is truly amazing. Watching the third miner get rescued was simply amazing. They said it's estimated that it could take 2 full days to rescue everyone. The fact that they had to live on a rescue kit that was originally for 2-3 days in which they were able to span out to 17 days...is amazing. Amazing is an understatement for how they were able to do that. Read on Wiki that they ate two little spoonfuls of tuna, milk, a biscuit, and a morsel of a peach every 48 hours. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_Copiap%C3%B3_mining_accident#Discovery -
I'm gonna go ahead an bump this as I found one that is hilarious. Great flop by Amare! Diener is a badass now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mm70Xw7zItY&feature=related

Courtney Lee - Chase Budinger alley oops
Dr. Feelgood replied to Multi-Billionaire's topic in Houston Rockets Team Forum
These need to have their own thread because they're that badass. -
Hopefully it'll be decent. I loved the first one and like others here, can watch it over and over again quoting the entire movie.

Courtney Lee - Chase Budinger alley oops
Dr. Feelgood replied to Multi-Billionaire's topic in Houston Rockets Team Forum
Though I do like Chase's better, both are sick as hell. I'm really starting to like Budinger. He'll be great for the Rockets this season. -
Good! Makes me happy to hear things like this. I don't really like the guy anymore, should have never opened up his mouth. Despite him playing well, I don't want him in Portland at all.

Friend problems...what should I do?
Dr. Feelgood replied to Smitty's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
Give him his space. Let him miss out on hanging with you guys. It'll be his loss eventually. As time goes on, you guys will drift apart. I understand he's been a friend for ages but if he would rather hang with her, that's all on him. You and your other friend can just keep hanging out, having a blast together without him. Maybe he'll see what he's missing out on and come begging back. Like Real said, if/when he does, just kind of shun him a bit eventually allowing him back in if you feel it's time. Let him know why too. -
Who is the go-to-guy for the Timberwolves?
Dr. Feelgood replied to Dash's topic in Minnesota Timberwolves Team Forum
Gonna be bias and go with Kevin Love. I think he's one of their better scorers now and easily their best rebounder. He'll have a fantastic season this year. I'd have my offense go through him. -
Jeff Pendergraph Done for Season
Dr. Feelgood replied to Dr. Feelgood's topic in Portland Trail Blazers Team Forum
Update! Jeff Pendergraph is done for the season with a torn ACL. -
The Blazers are now down to just Marcus Camby at center and one other player who stands at 6'11" in LaMarcus Aldridge. Pendergraph injured his right knee last night in Portland's loss to Utah. http://www.oregonlive.com/blazers/index.ssf/2010/10/jazz_100_trail_blazers_96.html We currently don't know how long he'll be out but the MRI results come in later today. He had to be carted off last night, Jeff is one tough dude, so it had to have been bad...

Kleiza 'knows how to score'
Dr. Feelgood replied to Warren2ThaG's topic in Toronto Raptors Team Forum
He dropped 41 against the Jazz. I've always thought he was underrated in the past for the Nuggets, I just didn't know he was this underrated. I think he'll be able to drop in about 15+ a game for the Raps this year. -
LA Clippers at Portland
Dr. Feelgood replied to Real Deal's topic in Portland Trail Blazers Team Forum
We dominated this game right from the start. I wasn't even paying attention to the score at first, looked up and it was like 45-22 or something. Griffin looked good out there. Didn't seem like he played much. Pendergraph and Aldridge were great together. Wes Mathews was badass tonight. Definitely looking forward to him. -
In all reality, it'll probably be Luke Babbitt to win ROY. The kid is an absolute stud on offense, no one could guard him in summer league, will be backing up both Roy and Batum so he'll get about 25+ mins a game if not more. Okay, for real, it's going to be DeMarcus Cousins or Blake Griffin. Going by history and by the roles of Cousins, Griffin, and Wall, I'm going to assume it'll be a forward taking it. Cousins has a better chance of winning it though as Griffin will have to fight for points and rebounds with Davis, Gordon, and Kaman while Wall has Arenas, Blatche, Hinrich, and Thornton to fight for points. Now Cousins will be the 2nd or 3rd option behind Evans and Landry, so he'll have an easier shot at the ROY award. My final prediction, DeMarcus Cousins.

You Ever Rent Or Purchase Movies On Ya 360/PS3
Dr. Feelgood replied to MainEv3nt's topic in Video Gaming Forum
I've rented a couple of movies from my 360 but not recently. And Redbox is only good if you return the movies in a timely manner. A buddy of mine rented like...3 movies from Redbox, forgot he had them and weeks later, found them and returned them. He had to pay like...$150 for all the movies. I'll take Netflix through my XBOX, or just find it online for free. -
I remember when this episode came out, I used the term "Gay fish" for like, a month. It was a pretty funny episode, especially when Mencia took credit for the joke.

I've seen this before and even posted it on another forum awhile go. Still blows my mind though, lol.

Afflalo working hard after practice
Dr. Feelgood replied to Multi-Billionaire's topic in Denver Nuggets Team Forum
He's a very underrated player in the league. I like his game though, great shooter, great defender, does all the work that no one wants to, and usually guards the other team's best player. He reminds me of Shane Battier. -
Blazers Rave About Matthews' Basketball IQ
Dr. Feelgood replied to Nestle Snipes's topic in Portland Trail Blazers Team Forum
Well, the fact that is as Wes gets better, we start paying him less. So that's a bonus for us. -
LA Clippers at Portland
Dr. Feelgood replied to Real Deal's topic in Portland Trail Blazers Team Forum
I got free tickets at the 200 level and will be going to this game tomorrow. I can't wait. -
No love for Nate McMillan? He only led the Blazers to a 50 win season with Oden, Przybilla, Roy, Rudy, Outlaw, Blake, and Batum missing at least 10 games each, some much more than others. Jackson Popovich McMillan Brown Sloan In no particular order.

What bothers me about gays.
Dr. Feelgood replied to YugoRocketsFan's topic in Off-Topic Discussion Forum
I don't have a problem with gay people at all. I have a cousin who is gay and he's one of the people I respect most. He's about 10 months younger than I am and we hang out all the time. I lived in a 4 bedroom house with him and his boyfriend and never once had any problems with either of them. I don't understand why people always bash homosexual people. Just accept how they are, they accept you are. Who cares if some gay men like to dress up in girls clothes, that's their option to do that. This thread is total bull[expletive]. -
Yeah, this really isn't a debate, it's all Carter.

Keith Smart and Curry on Dorell Wright's role
Dr. Feelgood replied to Poe's topic in Golden State Warriors Team Forum
I think this could very well be Wright's year that he's been waiting for. He finally gets the minutes he's been seeking and we all know the potential is there for him to break out. I can definitely see him in the running for MIPY this season. I'm actually eager to see this Warriors team of Curry, Ellis, Wright, Lee, and Biedrins playing and gelling together. -
He definitely has to step up his game. It's good to hear that he got into better shape. Orlando needed that player that would be able to help them in the clutch like Hedo did and Carter failed at that last season. I think he'll definitely have a better season this year now that he fully understands the system better.
