Davis is coming off knee surgery and he needs to be eased in and this is a great way of getting him back to playing shape. I still think they could have done this while he is with the club but sending him to the D league is a great option too and basically that’s what the D league is there for.

That's tough to lose a guy who is a good combo guard but this team is deep enough to withstand losing West. They still have the main guys who can tough it out but I hope West get well soon.

The heat has been surprising for me. I honestly expected them to be an incredibly tough team to beat based on the fact they have James, Wade and Bosh but clearly they haven’t been able to gel and the chemistry is not their as of yet. Each of the big three needs the ball in their hands to be effective and in the beginning of the season Bosh was affected by not having the ball in his hands but I think in the end Wade will suffer.

Shannon Brown has improved a great deal and we can clearly see that in his play. I think winning championships in a lot of ways sends your confidence level threw the roof and that’s what we’re seeing in Brown. I think if you increase his role the more production you will see out of Brown. Brown is better defensively than JR. JR Smith in my mind is the more talented of the two. He has a great ability to score the ball but I don’t think he is a great defender which I believe he is talented enough to improve on. My issue with him is that he is a rhythm type player meaning when he gets going you have next to no chance of stopping him from scoring. Both players are talented and I think if you put either of them in a different team with a greater role, they have a great impact in the NBA.

I’m just glad that he is back and getting ready to play again. This just gives him an opportunity to get his legs under him before he plays his first NBA game. I prefer him to stay with the club but this is a good plan for him and I can’t wait to see him in a raptor uniform.

Bayless looked really good last night and I love the way the team played. I'm just excited to see Bayless development because I believe he will be an awesome player for this team. I'm a little disappointed in my boy Demar but I just don't think Jay is using him right and not putting him in the position to be successful.
