Very true, he should have recognized they would need the money committed to Raul in year 3 for the 2010 off season considering it is a very critical offseason for the Phillies. 2 years 22 million would have probably been better.

I'd give him at least one more year, until Dez is ready if he can't turn it around. He's still better than a lot of WR's just not worth the amount of money we gave him. I say if he's mediocre this year. Cut him and sign Miles to the same deal if he continues to perform.
