The thing about Alex Smith is that you either think he's been getting screwed, or you think he's just flat out terrible. I want the team to win no matter who is QB, but I think that Smith still gives them the best chance to win. If they stop calling so many screens, runs, and check downs, things will work out, or should work out. As evidence last night, when they started having Davis go down field covered by a LB, he killed the Eagles secondary. That is what they did last year as well, but haven't done it so far. Michael Crabtree also played well once things opened up. Is that a coincidence? I think not. Smith makes his fair share of poor plays, but I'm still putting most of the blame on the coaching staff. I want Singletary to succeed because I like the guy and if he succeeds the team succeeds, but the OC's this team has had have had have really hurt them. I want to see them come out next game with a no huddle offense and be successful for more than the first drive until the end of the 4th quarter. -
Guess which Packers player is injured now!

Rodgers is fine. He probably doesn't even have a concussion. Finley will probably be back next game. Matthews is getting the results from juicing. A "Super Bowl" contender/lock does not start the season 3-2 losing the the Bears and Redskins, and barely beating the Lions. -
Their special teams is definitely worse. They got raped by the Seahawks as well.

I'm actually serious because you were making excuses on AIM last night, and I actually didn't tell him to say anything. . -

Most of the INT's Smith has thrown have been his fault one way or the other, a few of those being tipped passes and balls that he didn't throw hard enough which is frustrating. However, last night when our dumb OC let Smith start calling some plays, Smith did very well. However, our dumb OC decided to try running the ball again and screwed us over. Frank Gore, the coaching staff, and the defense deserve 90% of the blame last night. When a team puts up 24 points, that should be enough to win a game. It's simple: Stop TRYING to be a running team when YOU'RE not a running team. The coaching staff likes to THINK they are a running team when in REALITY they are not. The spread works for them, yet they don't use it for 90% of the game. Coaching is the problem with that team. Also, if the 49er's won last night, I'd say they could still definitely win the division, but I have a LOT of doubts now. Arizona just beat New Orleans to go 3-0, so the 49er's NEEEEEEDDDDDD to beat the Cardinals twice and somehow win one more game from the remaining games than the Cardinals. The only team that may be close to as disappointing as the 49er's are the Cowboys, who someone else here will make excuse after excuses for. -

Don't worry Boldin, I'll be serving you a full plate of crow tomorrow with you "predictions" and "analysis's" from the past. Tonight wasn't even Smith's fault. I was ready to give up on him after last week, but he made one poor decision tonight, and that was the [expletive]ing fumble after the line broke down. The first INT you can fault him too if you want, but it was a deep ball that Ginn had no clue where it was. The last interception he was hit. Frank Gore and the defense lost this game. He had signs of fumbleitis tonight, which is a troubling sign. Finally, when Smith got to call his own [expletive]ing plays, the offense worked. Throw the ball to Davis and you will do well. It's pretty [expletive]ing simple. -

You need to give to get. You don't understand that. You just want handouts which is almost as pathetic as the Packers. -
After watching a few more highlights of yesterdays game with the Bruins and Coyotes, I can say that the Bruins turned the puck over and gave up more breakaways in one game than they would in an entire month of play last season. It was pathetic. The score does not indicate the play of Tuukka Rask.

You fans, as a whole, give him so much [expletive], and you know that if Price falters at all and if Halak tears it up in St. Louis that Price will never hear the end of it. It's not fair to him, even though he acts like a baby sometimes.

And, your little European countries depend on the U.S. economy being strong. There's a reason Europe and Asia were [expletive]ting their pants in 2008 when our economy started hitting the [expletive]ter. -
He'll get plenty against that sieve in Montreal. :glasses: . Anyways, it's hard not to feel bad for Price. That guy needs to leave Montreal.

None of that is true AT ALL. There's a reason we have the biggest economy in the world and why people want to move and live here. There's a reason that most of the modern technological advances were either created in this country, refined here, or popularized here. Also, for the housing comment, that's flat out wrong. It has to do with people that have no personal responsibility and expect the government to bail them on. THAT is what sucks in this day and age. Got it? -

You want to know what's funny? The polls CNN just reported on about an hour ago that said about 65% of independent voters are planning to vote for a Republican candidate this fall. . Time to take this country back and restore order that this community organize has tried so hard to screw up!
