The government shouldn't force this on the church. That's the point of this. Its just wrong.

Why should people not be allowed to throw a football at the beach? How many stories have you read about someone being injured because of a football at a beach. Its a [expletive]ing joke that a government at any level should be allowed to do something like that.

Soon enough any Church associated with Christ will be forced to do this. Just watch.

It should be the Church's decision, not the governments. Not only does it violate separation of church and state like ECN said, but its also the government telling a private institution how to operate and forcing them to do something.
