As an outsider looking in and judging from the level of talent the Raptors have and their record, I am not in favour of giving him another 5-year deal but the Raptors should give him a 2 year deal instead and see what he can do.

No, I don't think so. I believe it will be too hard for a female head coach, unless she has a pedigree of Nancy Lieberman (who is coaching in the D-League and whose record/reputation as a coach there is unknown to me), to earn the respect of NBA players.

I will give any of the SG we have for J.R, but that's about it. I am no fan of inconsistency and questionable decision making at times.
