Disappointing. I've got a feeling this is because the Cavs traded Z away last year (although he came back upon his own request). Still, as Lkr said above, he has dedicated his best years to the Cavs and should not be judged harshly upon his decision.

In recent years you can say he has done a terrible job, but before trading Billups for AI he has done a fantastic job.
