  1. Can someone please close this thread I posted this on accident.
  2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6yA9kkA9b6g Damn I miss when Classic Eve
  3. Not to big on WWE anymore but I will watch some of this show since there's really nothing else on. Im glad to see the WWE bring back the DX Army with X-pac and the NAO too instead of just HBK and HHH.
  4. Typical Rockets trade away a valuable assett for more damn PF's
  5. I like all of our rookies Lamb can score an a variety of ways, D-Mo has shown flashes of potential in the post, White who is my favorite rookie on the team may not be that great of a scorer but he is a hell of a playmaker and rebounder, and T.Jones has grown on me he's very versatile and he kinds of reminds me of a more athletic Lamar Odom. I really hope Scott Machado and Zoran Dragic make the team aswell. Machodo could be a very good backup behind Lin and Zoran is a good shooter and a hustle player like he's brother.
  6. Some other things I would like to see in this game is Kevin Harlen's famous "With no regard for human life" quote when someone gets a facial. It would be nice to have the teams with their own commentators too like Clyde Drexler and Bill Worrell for the Rockets, Stacy King and Neil Funk for the Bulls, Ralph Lawler and Michael Smith for the Clippers, etc... along with their quotes. This may be a bit much but it would be fun to hear in the game.
  7. Yeah he was pretty shitty today but I kind of expected it. He's obviously still getting adjusted to the NBA speed and he's just coming off of a back to back.
  8. So apparently the Knicks are getting the band back together first Camby now Kurt Thomas along with Felton its like the late 90's all over again.
  9. LMAO hell yeah the way Webber was talking you would think that D-Mo was a star already
  10. Just got through watching the game and I'm very impressed with him. I know it's just a summer league game but he played way better than what I expected him too. He was scoring well in the paint, rebounded well, knocked down all of his 3's and ran the floor better than what i expected him to do. Parsons also looked like he's in better shape than he was last year and looks like he got a bit stronger.
  11. I think the Lakers would be a better fit for him but he may end up in Miami since he has a history of going at it with Kobe. Then again so did Artest and Barnes so who knows.
  12. You forgot Jon Brockman though I'm sure well cut him soon enough. As far the rest of the PF's obviously I think we look to trade Scola and I think Marcus Morris won't be in the Rockets future plans either since there's not much room for him and I just don't see him getting much PT with all the talent we have a PF and SF. If that happens then Royce White well probably spend majority of the time at the 3 and assuming we don't get another Center other than Camby then Motiejunas will probably play some time at 5. So that would leave Patterson/Jones/Leuer as the main PF's that's the best I could sort things out.
  13. Deron Williams-Nets Steve Nash-Knicks Gerald Wallace-Nets Ray Allen-Celtics OJ Mayo-Bulls Jason Terry-Nets Jason Kidd-Dallas Andre Miller-Dallas Chauncey Billups-Clippers Jeff Green-Hornets
  14. Give him a chance he's going to be pretty good I believe. Like JYD said he's like a poor man's LeBron without the freakish athleticism and scoring ability. 6'8 260 with handles like a guard, good court vision, good strength, solid defense and decent but not great athleticism, and can go coast to coast and bulldoze through the lane.
  15. I actually liked what the Rockets did this draft I liked getting Jeremy Lamb at #12 and I was surprised he wasn't picked earlier I think we may have gotten a steal with him. He was easily the best player available at the time and he will probably be our started if the Rockets trade K-Mart like I expect them too. The Royce White pick was a bit of a surprise I wanted Zeller here but I was actually a big fan of Royce White's game this year. He has a very good all around game that you don't see out of most guys his size and the thing that impresses me the most about him is his ball handling and court vision. He needs to improve his jumper and defense some but other than that I like his potential. I really wanted the Rockets to get Perry Jones at #18 but Terrence Jones isn't bad. He's not as athletic as PJ3 or has the upside that PJ3 could possibly have but he's a better defender and he has an improved inside and out game. Overall I would give the Rockets a B+
  16. I have new respect for LeBron and the Heat after this post season. They faced alot of adversity and overcame it all each series. Im not a LeBron fan but congradualtions to him he really deserved it this year. Im happy to see Shane get a ring and Juwan Howad is the only member of the Fab five to get a ring. I cant wait to see First Take tomorrow I wonder will Skip finally give LeBron credit.
  17. My guess is between Leonard or Henson but I'm really starting to think it will be Leonard since his stock has been rising since the combine and he could make a good frontcourt duo with Monroe. Henson would probably be the better fit though since the Pistons are looking for defense and he's one of the best defensive prospect. I could see the Pistons reaching for Moultrie as well
  18. For me I have to go with the game today he was just insane. 45 points on 73% shooting,15 boards, and 5 assist and he did it in game 6 down 2-3 in Boston in a must win situation. 30 points in the first half and nearly could have outscored he's team this game
  19. LeBron is so on today that he's outscoring his whole team and has only missed 5 or 6 shots this is easily the best scoring performance i've ever seen from him in a playoff game
  20. LeBron is putting on a clinic 30 points off of 12 of 14 shooting just in the first half. I wonder if he can keep this up next half
  21. Congrates to OKC Im happy to see Durant and Scotty Brooks get a chance at a ring.
  22. I would love for the Rockets to get in on this deal but I don't see any offer that would interest the Grizzlies to budge. The best I can think of is Kevin Martin, Patrick Patterson, and our 2 first round picks for Gay but no way I see this happening. We shouldn't never traded him to begin with looking back what the hell was The Rockets thinking trading Gay for Battier smh.
  23. I think he may be a reach in the top 5 especially if Beal or MKG is still around but he's still a good prospect. The problem with Barnes is his inconsistent and has trouble creating his own shot as he proved during the tournament when Marshall got hurt. When he has a PG than can distribute to him in catch in shoot opportunity he's pretty solid. I think playing with Kyrie could improve his game some.
