Here comes stupid part two. Alberta has a population close to 4 million people. I watched a special on Vancouvers run the the cup and they showed bars across Canada packed with people and when Vancouver scored, the bars in Calgary to Nova Scotia were cheering. Did I say that Calgary and Edmonton fans were all rooting for Vancouver? No. I said Canada is pulling for Vancouver to win because it's not only a [expletive] you to Gary Bettman, it also pushes every other Canadian team to create a winner. But I am lying!

I know plenty of people from Calgary and they are all rooting for the Canucks. I was in Toronto for Game 2 and everyone on the street was wearing Canucks or Canadian jerseys and all the bars were full. I'm lying though. Someone who is in Boston knows more about what's going on in Canada then someone who lives there.

Our defense signed into next year so far: XXX - XXX Gill - Subban Emelin - Spacek Diaz So that leaves Markov, Gorges, Wiz and maybe one of Mara and Sopel if we don't go after a free agent defensemen. For the rest of the holes on the team, we need to find a center with a high faceoff percentage who can also play in the offensive zone so we don't have to worry about entering the zone to get a scoring chance. Maxime Talbot has said he's interested in Montreal if the Penguins don't want his services anymore so that could be an option but should be an exciting offseason.

Curious to see how he does. Always seem like he'd be an awesome players coach.
