Went to the Yanks-O's game at Camden Yards yesterday. Five Yankee HR's plus eight strong from CC. After their first three runs, the next 12 came from home runs. I recorded A-Rod at the plate with the bases loaded with the hopes of seeing a GS, and I got my wish. Russell Martin was plunked after hitting two HR's. Although Josh Rupe insisted it wasn't intentional, Russ thought it was.

Saw it last weekend. It parallels to Inception with the concept of the love story getting in the way of the mission. I'm pretty sure there's no answer to this, but what happens to the real Sean Fentriss?

Barclays Center Progress and Info
Teletopez replied to Teletopez's topic in Brooklyn Nets Team Forum
The arena design prevents it from being used as a regular NHL venue (capacity of only 14,000-15,000 expected in a hockey layout). Not necessarily a bad thing (unless you're an Islanders fan, I suppose) with 149 dates out of the planned 200-225 already booked. One NetsDaily user brought up an interesting point, comparing the Pru and the Barclays Center. With a non-hockey friendly design in Brooklyn, the seats can be closer in on the action, creating a better atmosphere for the basketball games. Link -
Grizzlies agree to 4 year deal with Zach Randolph
Teletopez replied to Dash's topic in Memphis Grizzlies Team Forum
The Nets were reportedly one of the teams that had their eyes on Z-Bo. He was quite possibly their own preference in the market over Humphries. -
Haha, whoops. I posted that more based on the video... I only skimmed through your previous post.

Bumping this one last time.

It's not official, it's just apart of a series of logo re-designs by a fan.

El Chato tore it up in Spring Training this year. Not sure what to expect from him if he hits the MLB, but the problem is finding a spot for him on the Yankees roster in the first place.

I thought I'd bump this for the playoffs. The channel hasn't had anything uploaded this season, but if any of you want to PM me a video anywhere from two minutes long to ten minutes long on anything playoffs-related, I can post it on the OTR channel. It gets your opinion plenty of views, and it hopefully draws some more activity to OTR through the playoffs and draft.

Richard Jefferson missed the potential game-tying 3 at the buzzer in Round 1 Game 1 five years ago. Random fact that came into my head.

http://i1211.photobucket.com/albums/cc437/newyorkyankees66/DeronWilliamsRetro.jpg I've been in favor of using the Hardwood Classics as our regular jerseys in Brooklyn. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v427/JetsLuvver/NBA%20jerseys/nets70s.png One thing I have against O'Brien's idea is having Brooklyn displayed down the red stripe on the road jersey. I'd rather see 'BKLN' or 'Brooklyn' replace the 'New York' text, while the red stripe stays blank.

A guy by the name of Tim E. O'Brien tweaks uniforms and courts as a hobby, and he introduced his ideas for the Brooklyn Nets' jerseys and court design. Here is his website. He shares his ideas on Uni Watch Blog: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/Timmacane/Uniform%20Concepts/Nets%20Rebrand/Nets_NPC_BB_H_1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/Timmacane/Uniform%20Concepts/Nets%20Rebrand/Nets_NPC_BB_R_1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/Timmacane/Uniform%20Concepts/Nets%20Rebrand/Nets_Court_2.jpg

Yeah, the team seemed to shy away from talking about Prokhorov's playoffs guarantee shortly before the season. There were several periods during the season in which the situation was a huge letdown for fans, particularly the continuous struggles to get a superstar.. I remember reading an article from Woj a couple days before January 21, saying that Prokhorov would be considered a joke if he didn't come out of a meeting with Anthony with an extension agreement (the article was peculiar, not Woj's typical writing style). Prokhorov took a different route on January 21, though, one that made him look like anything but a joke. The Nets eventually dove back into the Melo talks, and even though they lost the battle to get him, they forced a high cost for the Knicks. Two days after Melo was dealt to New York, Jersey traded for a more valuable player at a cheaper price.

Three rough outings for Hughes in three games. Colon did another fantastic job in extended relief. Joba prevented the deficit from worsening with a nice block at the plate on a wild pitch. He ended up saving a first and third, one out, jam and then pitched a clean ninth inning. Rivera took care of the tenth with seven pitches. Our offense fought back from a 5-0 deficit after five innings. Perfect night at the plate for A-Rod, and there was production through almost the whole lineup.

There goes the no-no on a bloop double.
