  1. Everyone in the Wolves starting frontcourt.
  2. That was with Lee running the show, I would have liked to see him play with an actual point guard on the floor. I could understand Martin's situation if Lee was some extremely talented top 3 perimeter defender in the NBA but he's not, maybe slightly better than above average.
  3. 6.8 :glasses: Edit: 18.9?? Wtf
  4. Stats weren't great but the Thunder could really use his size right now.
  5. I was disappointed that Jermaine only played 5 minutes after Rick promised to put him into the rotation. Lee was clueless at the point though. Bud is awful and at a loss of confidence. I'm not sure how the Rockets should look to help him regain some of his confidence, they could send him down to the Vipers and tear it up. However, sending an NBA rotational player to a minor league team could mentally hurt a player as well. Adelman might just have to stick him into games and hope he find his stroke and confidence back. Kevin Martin only played 26 minutes today and we didn't see him at all in the fourth quarter again, Adelman opted to play Courtney Lee instead. Lee is great defensively but I don't understand why we our sitting out our best perimeter threat down the stretch. Two other bits from this game: -Jordan Hill only saw 5-6 minutes of action -Battier had a team high of +31 when he was on the court
  6. Fans were still sour. I guess all the 30+ point performances, carrying the load in the playoffs and making the most out of times where Yao was injured (how quick we were to forget the 22 game winning streak) meant nothing to the city of Houston. He's been working his [expletive] off to get back into shape and get back to his old form.
  7. The fans booing McGrady was so uncalled for. He deserved better than that.
  8. Just to show how bad the New Orleans attendance has been: 2008 - 26th (56 win team) 2009 - 19th 2010 - 23th 2011 - 26th Pretty bad especially considering they have a winning franchise and a superstar in Chris Paul. New Orleans is a great football town though. What? Seattle just had a franchise a few years ago and did a terrible job of supporting it even it was in danger of moving . When was the last time Kansas City had an NBA team again? Edit: Real beat me to it.
  9. Realgm I would love this move. KC has some great fans and overdo for an NBA franchise.
  10. I don't know, The Rock was arguably the most loved wrestler in WWE/F history (hence the 'People's Champ' gimmick) and his heel turn was moderately successful. Same with Chris Jericho, was also a fan favorite in the Attitude Era. Although I did like both as faces but still they didn't do too bad. Where Cena's trouble may lie is on the mic, just might be too awkward for him to pull it off as a heel (where your argument of how the fans would react comes in). Most great heels though need a good creative staff and that is what the WWE is truly lacking right now because most of the storylines now are just awful. I can't think of many decent heels in recent memory except for maybe Randy Orton but the fans seem to like him the way he is now, which is borderline babyface like Stone Cold in the past.
  11. I don't hate Cena as a wrestler (his finisher looks weak but he's decent) but I absolutely hate how the WWE and the creative staff portray him as a Mary Sue. I would love to see Cena go heel though. As a far as the Attitude Era, I agree with Real Deal that Cena would mostly be stuck in the Intercontinental division. However, I can see him getting one or two reigns near the end of the Attitude era like we saw with Chris Jericho (Y2J was easily the better wrestler though) except maybe shorter reigns.
  12. Are the videos only of PPVs or weekly events like Smackdown and Raw?
  13. What? I heard him on the mic yesterday with Barrett and he was god awful, one of the worst I've ever seen from a WWE/F star. His impressions and attempts to be funny are cringe worthy.
  14. Yeah. It seems like just about anyone who ever feuds with Super Cena gets [expletive]ed over...except Super Orton. Seriously though if the WWE is ever going to move on from this PG era then Cena has to be the first to go, but I highly doubt that happens for a LONG time. I will jump for joy when it does though. Vintage Rock. :glasses:
  15. ...is officially a bust and the end seems not too far away after last night's episode. The WWE writers seriously [expletive]ed this up (started out great, ended terribly) and their continued pampering of John Cena didn't help Nexus out either. *sigh* How I miss the good old days of the Attitude Era...
  16. I don't see Philly dumping him for just cap space.
  17. Sister and mom leaving the country in a few days. Looks like I'll have the house to myself for the entire break.
  18. If only my PS2 didn't break down... -_-
  19. I'm not in the same league but I was hoping someone could answer my fantasy question. I have the Ravens and Vikings defenses, Ravens play the Texans and the Vikings got the Giants this week. Who to start?
  20. What a game from Boozer. Terrible game for the Thunder though.
  21. Assuming the Knicks win, does this make it 10 wins out of their last 11? Impressive.
  22. Wow Gallinari...just when it started to look like the Wolves were back in the game.
  23. I take it back. Beasley with a much needed three. 6 point game.
  24. Wolves don't have an answer for Amar'e. I don't understand why Beasley just disappears from games in the fourth quarter, he wasn't a factor in the third either after having a great first half.
